The separation of teachers and students makes it easy for learners to feel the lack of emotional support of teachers during the online learning,and then show a series of learning burnout.This paper constructs a framework of teacher's emotional support in online learning,which contains three dimensions:the positive atmosphere created by teachers,the sensitivity of teachers and regard for students' perspectives.Based on the Office 365 education platform,using the quasi-experimental research method,we implemented the online teaching,so as to explore the learners perceived teacher emotional support on the impact of learning burnout.First of all,the active learning atmosphere created by teachers has the greatest effect on the depressing effect of learners.The sensitivity of the students' perceptions of teachers has the most significant effect on reducing learners' misbehavior.Concerning students' viewpoints has the greatest impact on enhancing learners' sense of accomplishment.Secondly,the role of different teachers' emotional support dimensions and learning burnout are explored:(1)the order of the impact of learners' negative emotions is:positive atmosphere,concerned with students' perspectives,teacher's sensitivity.(2)In the aspect of learners' misbehavior,the sensitivity of teachers is the most important in emotional support,followed by the attention of students' opinions,and finally the positive atmosphere created by teachers.(3)In terms of low sense of accomplishment,the impact of teacher's emotional support on learners' sense of achievement is,from high to low,focus on student's perspective,positive atmosphere and teachers' sensitivity are followed.Finally,teachers' emotional support for the elimination of learning burnout strategies:to create a positive learning atmosphere to ease negative emotions;to improve the sensitivity of teachers and reduce learners' misbehavior;focus on student perspectives and enhance the sense of accomplishment.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the framework and method of research content,and the definition of core concepts.The second chapter starts a review of related literature from two aspects:teachers' emotional support and learning burnout.The third chapter clarifies the research problems,research objects and environment,data collection tools,research design and research implementation process.The fourth chapter analyzes the influence of teacher's emotional support on learner's learning burnout through data analysis.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the study and prospects for follow-up research.
