For a long time,The Higher vocational colleges have always focusing on the promotion of the skilled talents training "quantity"(extension),But it lags behind the rhythm of "quality"(connotation)in talent cultivation.In fact,this behavior,it is neither in line with its own logic of education development nor with the effective grasp of human resources in the new normal of economic development.Therefore,for higher vocational colleges,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of quality assurance system,so as to improve the talent cultivation connotation of “quality”,and to ease the sharp contradiction between the "quantity" and "quality" of the supply and demand structure of the higher vocational colleges and markets,Ultimately,it effectively served the rapid development of economic society.Due to the generation mechanism of educational quality in higher vocational colleges correspond with various aspects of governance theory.In view of this,this article specializes in the perspective of governance,focusing on the core issue of “Educational Quality Assurance”,and Make specific practical survey on the S college in Anhui province.Its found that in the current construction process of educational quality assurance,there are many problems such as the monopoly of public management power,the lack of effective supply of talents,the dislocation of education value order,and the form of subject supervision.So,whatever are the crux of these problems? Naturally,we also need to establish relevant analysis framework with relevant content of governance,and explain the crux of the problem in detail.The research work of the thesis is divided into the following parts to analyze and elaborate,in addition to explaining the discourse background.First of all,while interpreting the connotation of "quality of education",The analysis framework of governance elements is introduced to analyze and discuss the relevant contents of its conjunction with quality assurance.Secondly,From theory to practice.The field survey of S college is carried out by the method of questionnaire and interview,Meanwhile,the data and interview content obtained from the survey are processed and analyzed effectively.Thirdly,Through the analysis of related issues and the introduction of governance elements,we summarize the crux of such problem.That mainly reflects: the alienation of management and control objectives,imbalance of subject power,the lack of management law,absence of constitutional regulations,and differentiation of organizational structure;Finally,based on the problem presentation and reason exploration,combining knowledge of related education management,we will further try to establish the operation mechanism of higher vocational education quality assurance.That is,the diversification Along with the coordinated advancement in the rule of law and the system,it must step up collaboration and cooperation,In order to achieve the improvement of the skilled personnel training "quality".
