Research On The Quality Assurance System Of New Farmers' College

China is a big agricultural country.Issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers have been the key points for the development of the country.Since the government put forward the construction of new rural areas,agricultural modernization and characteristic township construction have become the new need for current development.Developing new type of professional farmers is now the breakthrough to the three rural issues,it has aroused a continuous growing concern from the country.In order to promote the transformation of farmers to become professional,the scale of re-education and retraining of farmers has been expanding,and the training of high-quality farmers has become a new norm.With the purpose of serving the three rural issues,L City Farmers College has been trying to explore the new ways and new models of farmers education with the support of the government and society.After years of efforts,it has formed a"three rural education" regional characteristics and advantages,and showed a brand effect in the province and the whole country.Basing on the theory of total quality management and quality assurance system,and considering the influencing factors of quality assurance main and objective,This paper takes the new farmer's college in L city as an example.On the one hand,the writer is trying to summarize the Quality assurance measures of L City Farmers College through the field investigation of it to offer some contribution to its quality assurance system.On the other hand,the quality assurance system of L City Farmers College is deconstructed and analyzed from the theoretical level through the statistical and summary of information literature.The research is mainly composed of six parts:Firstly,through several field research,the basic information of the college running and its quality assurance have been collected.And based on the research data,this part analyzed some deficiencies of current school running situation and quality assurance of L City New Farmers College;Secondly,Analysis on the influencing factors of quality assurance of L city new farmer college according to the three factors of the subject,the object and the basic theory.Fourthly,according to the insufficiency of the college's quality assurance system,from the internal and external guarantee conditions,the paper put forward some thoughts on the better running of the system.The third part Under the guidance of the classification system of the internal and external security system,the Framework of the quality assurance system of the new farmer's college in L city is discussed,and the Framework of target guarantee,Conditional guarantee,process guarantee,supervision and evaluation protection,management guarantee and feedback guarantee is learned.Further from the teaching content,conditions content,policy environment to explore the content of the quality assurance system of the farmers' college.Besides,the fifth part puts forward some internal measures to improve the L City New Farmers College from the perspective of Pay attention to the thought and activation of conditions and teaching reform.In the last part,the writer explores a multi-party participating and work division based responsibility sharing quality supervision system concerning the main participants,the organization,the operating mechanism.And from the evaluation of the main body,evaluation methods and evaluation of the three aspects of the content,this part formats a quality evaluation education system of multiple subjects,complementary advantages,and a comprehensive evaluation,Improve the external supervision and evaluation system of the diversified participation of the new peasant college in L city.
