| At present,information technology is promoting the reform of teaching,promoting the education infrastructure,improveing the teaching resources and puting forward higher requirements to teachers’ curriculum integration ability.It could be seen that in the field of education,education informatization is closely related to modern education technology,education reform and education informationization process.It is restricted by the teacher education technique ability and teachers’ education technique ability became the modern basic ability that teachers must possess Various regions across the country are actively training teachers’ education technical ability,furthmore,colleges and universities have also opened corresponding courses for normal university students to cultivate education technical ability.However,ordinary teaching in training is incompetent for students’ education technology ability,therefore,it is very important to design and build suitable teaching mode for college students’ education technical ability in training.According to the related literature,this study used to understand the ability of students’ education technology at home and abroad,used to analysis the teaching mode,used to curriculum the implementation in the constructional learning theory,the problem teaching theory and cooperative learning theory.Then based on the theory,this study combined the standard of Chinese primary and secondary school teachers’ education technology ability with the curriculum content and the learning characteristics of students in colleges and universities,designed and constructed the "phase type" teaching mode.This teaching mode used the question type teaching to carry out the teaching,and adopted the project-type teaching organization activity.In the construction of "phase type" teaching mode,the integral part and characteristics of the teaching mode are shown through the frame structure diagram,and the operation flow of the whole mode is introduced.Furthermore,for education technology theory knowledge,teaching design and teaching resources in three aspects,the "phase type" teaching model in general teaching mode gives the concrete teaching mode,with the help of problem teaching and project teaching to realized the phases of students learning.The research methods used in this study include literature research,educational experiment,educational measurement and statistical analysis.First of all,in the process of the relevant literature,the study analyzed the education technology ability of teachers and the status quo athome and abroad,mastered the relevant standards at home and abroad,grasped the present situation of the implementation of the teaching mode at home and abroad at present stage,and the characteristics of the teaching mode in college teaching.Secondly,using the study investigating students,the study mainly through the questionnaire to survey the education technology ability of students in familiarity and expectations,selected some students has carried on the interview investigation to understand the students on the use of teaching evaluation.Thirdly,in the modern education technology public course of normal university students,the "phase type" teaching mode was implemented,and the effect of teaching mode was studied by experimental method.Belongs to the university undergraduate course grade three of the selected two classes as experimental research object,the experimental group and control group before test after test pattern of quasi-experimental design,combined with the actual teaching environment and teaching content,students in the experimental class "staged" were teacher in mode of teaching,students in the control class were teacher in ordinary teaching mode.Then,the education technical ability measurement scale was used to measure the students’ related abilities,and the teaching effect was evaluated by combining the work evaluation and final examination.Finally,the statistical analysis of the experimental data was made to compare the differences between the two classes of students to test whether the "phase type" teaching model could promotesd the development of education technical ability of normal students.Through the statistical analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:compared with the general teaching mode,in "phase type" teaching mode of teaching can effectively promote the formation of students’ consciousness of education technology,to enhance d the students’ understanding of education technology theory knowledge and improved the students’ ability to design teaching plan,aroused the students’ initiative learning for teaching resources and improved the education technology ability of the students significantly.Therefore,the "phase type" teaching mode was conducived to the development of education technical ability of normal students. |
