Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has achieved world-renowned achievements.However,under the background of the comprehensive deepening of reforms today,a series of changes have taken place in China's economic development pattern.In the past ten years,China's GDP has grown at an average annual rate of9.6%(Calculated according to the data of the GDP growth rate of the National Bureau of Statistics).With the increase of economic aggregates,the distribution problem has increasingly become the focus of attention from all walks of life.One of the important issues during this period is that with the development of the economic level,the labor share of our country in recent years has been on the low side.In this paper,based on the perspective of economic growth,the labor share(the proportion of laborers' remuneration in gross domestic product(calculated using the income method))is taken as the research object,and the evolution law and law of labor share in China's GDP are explored in recent years.The reason behind it.The work done in this paper is as follows: 1.Using the relevant data from 1996 to 2015 in China,the law of the evolution of China's labor share over time and with the level of economic development over the past20 years is obtained.According to the trend chart,the evolution law is “U "Type 2," Through a comparative analysis of labor shares in the three major regions of China's eastern,central and western regions,it was found that the labor share also showed a diversified trend among the regions in China;3,the GDP growth rate and the labor share growth rate were carried out.After comparative analysis,the latter found that the latter lags far behind the former;4.Using the provincial panel data of China from 2007 to 2016,the empirical analysis of the effects of industrial structure,technological progress,and openness on the labor share of the country for the last ten years was carried out.Findings:China's current industrial structure and production law is labor-intensive,which has a significant explanation for the current low share of labor;5,through relevant analysis,we conclude that China should accelerate the transformation of the industrial structure,it should be Labor-intensive transition to technology and capital-intensive,promote the high-tech of the secondary industry,and promote the third with artificial intelligence as the guide Service of the industry.
