Family-kindergarten cooperation is an important research topic for Long-term concerned in preschool education field.As an important subject,parents' satisfaction with family-kindergarten cooperation will directly affect the initiative and enthusiasm of parents to participate in the cooperation,and will become an important indicator to measure the quality of kindergarten parents' work,and affect the effectiveness of family-kindergarten cooperation.Therefore,the study of parents' satisfaction in family-kindergarten cooperation is a topic of practical significance.In this study,412 parents of preschool children in Wuhan City were randomly selected from six kindergartens as the research objects.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview,this paper investigates and probes into the satisfaction of parents to the family-kindergarten cooperation in Wuhan urban are,.and analyzes the demographic variables that may influence the parents' satisfaction of the family-kindergarten cooperation.The results of the study are as follows:First,parents have different levels of satisfaction in each dimension of family-kindergarten cooperation.In four dimensions,Parents' satisfaction with the effect of family-kindergarten cooperation is the highest among all dimensions.Parents believe that family-kindergarten cooperation is beneficial to the understanding of kindergarten,teachers and children,but some parents are not satisfied with the role of parents committee;Parents' satisfaction with the ways of family-kindergarten cooperation is the lowest among all dimensions.Among them,the "parent school" approach is the lowest,and parents prefer to use WeChat and other network methods for communicate and cooperation;Parents' level of satisfaction with family-kindergarten cooperation level is generally higher.And the higher the level of cooperation,the lower the satisfaction of parents;as for the content of family-kindergarten cooperation,parents pay more attention.the most concerned and the highest satisfaction is about the content of young children,and the lowest degree of satisfaction to the cooperative content is about the parental education guidance.Second,the attributes of parents in various aspects will affect the degree of satisfaction of parents with family-kindergarten cooperation.Among them,the nature of kindergartens,the role of parents,the educational background of parents,and the differences in occupations have a significant impact on parental satisfaction.Parents of public-owned kindergartens have greater satisfaction with family-kindergarten cooperation than parents in private kindergartens.The highest level of satisfaction is the parent whose parent role is the grandparents,and the parent with the lowest level of satisfaction is the father.Parents with a master and above degree have the highest level of satisfaction,the second is the bachelor degree.In general,the higher the education level of parents,the higher the satisfaction of parents.The highest level of parental satisfaction was found in civil servants,followed by teachers and medical staff.And the level of parental satisfaction is the lowest for IT technicians.There were no significant differences among the four factors,such as children gender and age,the number of children in the family and the family structure.Through the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to improve parents' satisfaction with family-kindergarten cooperation.1.Improving the work of parents in kindergartens;2,improve teachers' ability of cooperation and communication;3.strengthen the family-kindergarten organization and management;4.renew the concept of family-kindergarten cooperation and improve the quality of parents.
