Since the reform and opening up,with the increasing emphasis on education by the general public,the demand for higher education has been increasing,and the development of private education has also received much attention.Private higher education has grown rapidly.As the main driving force for the development of private colleges and universities,it is even more important for teachers to introduce and retain outstanding teachers.Further motivating teachers to play a greater potential,and making every effort to provide services for private colleges and universities has become the top priority.However,at present,many private colleges and universities are faced with the problem of serious loss of outstanding teachers.The main reason for this phenomenon is that private universities do not pay enough attention to teacher motivations and have not formed an effective motivation mechanism.This thesis begins by investigating the basic situation of A private colleges and universities,the basic situation of full-time teachers,and the satisfaction of teachers.It analyzes the needs of teachers and finds problems in existing motivation mechanisms.After investigation and analysis,full-time teachers in private colleges and universities have low satisfaction with the school's current motivations,benefits,training,promotion,performance appraisal,internal communication,and school culture,resulting in a serious loss of full-time teachers and difficulty in improving teaching quality.Slowdown in development.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes the following optimization measures: First,to improve the remuneration and welfare system,so that teachers in the material to the motivation;Second,through the improvement of training motivations for teachers,to optimize the promotion of teachers,optimize performance appraisal system,Optimize internal communication mechanisms and strengthen school culture motivations.Further optimize the motivation mechanism to improve the satisfaction of full-time teachers,thereby reducing the loss rate of full-time teachers.
