The Study On The Individual Defensive Skills And Tactics Of China's Talented Men's Beach Volleyball Players

Nearly 30 years,with the booming development of beach volleyball,modern volleyball has paid more and more attention to the defensive skills and tactics.And it has been the key factor to the decision of a competition,as important as the attacking part.The study analyzes and investigates personal defensive skill and tactics of six Chinese talented men's beach volleyball players by literature review method,interviewing method,observational method,experimentation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The author,as the original beach volleyball player with 14-year playing experience,is familiar with the regularity of the beach volleyball.The major research is about ready posture,position,anticipation,movement and hitting ball of skill part and fake action,“switch”of the tactics part.The main conclusion from that is the following:Personal Skill.Firstly,the feet spacing of the ready posture is the longest when they are ready to defense the spike,two-step cross step's the second longest,the three-step cross step's shortest.Secondly,cross step is faster than level step in the short distance movement.Two-step cross step is faster and more effective than three-step cross step in the middle distance movement.Both of them have no obvious difference in the long distance movement.The thirdly,the combination between the cross-court position and the hold strategy increases the touching-ball rate of the spike.Frontal two-hand pass and lateral two-hand pass have a positive effect against opponent's spike.Personal Tactics.The frequency of the fake action applied in the high-level event is higher than in the other competition.The fake action is more effective against the opponents who are used to shooting.However,to the spike,“switch”is more effective.
