Since the party's 18 th National Congress,our country's society has officially entered a new era of building a socialist modernized country.In the process of rapid transition from traditional to modern,the country has also experienced various kinds of concentrated social conflicts and social problems.Social governance has become the key word and methodology of China's social construction.China's social governance practice has made a series of significant progress.Social organizations,as an important force in advancing China's social governance innovation and solving social problems,are playing a more and more important role in society.Recognition and attention.In order to understand the development of social organizations in a more comprehensive way,the author conducted a detailed empirical survey of Chengdu and Y organizations and found that the current general problems faced by Chengdu and Y organizations in volunteer management.Mainly manifested in the high turnover rate of volunteers,lack of professional competence of volunteers,and lack of professional training for volunteers by social organizations.Such problems directly or indirectly restrict the development of Y organizations and affect the quality of volunteer service of Y organizations.The research of this paper mainly uses the theory and method of social work and explores how to optimize the volunteer management of social organizations from the perspective of social work.The author first used the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the semi-structural interview method and other empirical research methods to investigate the status quo of volunteer management of Y organization.The author believes that the Y organization currently exists in the management of volunteers and social organization managers and volunteers.There is an irrational cognition about the "volunteer role".Therefore,this article will start by improving the unreasonable cognition of both sides.It will use the theory of cognitive behavior and the perspective of superiority as the theoretical framework,and use group work methods as the carrier of activities to improve Y.Organize volunteer management problems.In addition,in order to further improve the volunteer management of Y organization,the author also conducted a process improvement on all aspects of Y volunteer management.The author's research results also effectively demonstrated the important role of social work in the management of volunteers in social organizations,mainly through the use of cognitive behavior theory and the group's social work methods to improve the lack of management caused by Y organizations' unclear understanding of volunteers.As well as improving the loss of volunteers due to lack of sense of identity and organizational sense of volunteers,the problem of high turnover rate and poor stability of volunteers has been demonstrated.In the specific process of social work involvement in volunteer management,the author also demonstrated that social work theory and values are specific.The use of management links has further improved Y's volunteer management system.
