Girls' bulling is centered on the maintenance and destruction of peer relationship.Peer relationship is an important perspective to study the bullying behavior of girls and plays an important role in female bullying.In this study,a group of female students in the middle school class was studied,and from the perspective of peer relationship,the author used participatory observation method,peer nomination method and semi-structured interview method to collect first-hand information about girls' bullying in class A,and tried to explain girls' bullying behaviors and it's characteristics in class,reveal the interaction process between female bullies and victims and the role played by peer relationship in female bullying behavior.Through participatory observation and interview method,the author found that the methods of bullying by girls mainly include verbal bullying,power bullying,relationship bullying and physical bullying.Female bullies and victims are the dominant class of girls in class A.Female bullies are the dominant group in the class,while female bullies are the secondary group in the class,not the weak in the traditional sense,but the small circle that can compete with female bullies in a certain field.The bullying of girls is carried out in a small circle to small circle pattern.Female bullies are stigmatized in verbal bullying,and physical bullying is with ideographical expression.The bullying behavior of girls is a gradual process of escalation.The female bullying in this study is the result of the bullies' jealousy of the victim.In the initial stage of bullying,female bullies primarily use verbal bullying to test the response of the bullied.With the development of bullying behavior,the unintentional exposure of girls' bullying behavior,the relationship between female bullies and bullies is rigid.Bullying has entered into the phase of relational bullying.Bullying girls exclude the victims,gradually drew in other girls,and isolated the victims.After the victims' peer support system was destroyed,female bullies began to physically attack the bullies in a playful manner.During the whole process,the bullied girls were not subjected to effective resistance,which was constantly under passive tolerance,so that the bullying behavior was fixed and the bullying relationship was stabilized.Finally,the author found that peer relationship plays a triple role in girls' bullying behavior.In girls' bullying,peer relationship are both the motivation of girls' bullying and the means of bullying by girls,as well as the results of bullying by girls.
