Social Support System Research For Rural Migrant Daughter-in-law's Social Adaption

Loosening of the household registration system and the change of the social concept,floating population increasing,long-distance dating success rate increases,the number of rural migrant daughter-in-law rise,they are both "immigration" and "daughter-in-law" double outsiders,faces more difficulties,be able to adapt to the society needs the whole society to give more support.Chinese scholars on foreign daughter-in-law social adaptation of the research object of support system including the eastern developed areas of rural foreign daughter-in-law and city foreign daughter-in-law,support system based on the content of different divided into emotional support,material support,and life support,according to the support for the main body is divided into formal social support and informal social support,support effect factors including relationship strength,individual characteristics and social roles.The author draw lessons from the research achievements of predecessors,at a moderate level of economic development of S county in Shanxi Province for investigation,through questionnaire and interview method to study the adaptability of the rural area foreign daughter-in-law and support system,find out the problems exiting in the support system and then analyze the causes.The thesis is divided into five chapters.First chapter is the research background and research significance of the research done in this paper,the scholars at home and abroad are reviewed in terms of social support,especially about foreign daughter-in-law of social adaptation to support research put forward the basic thinking on research of this paper and the overall architecture.The second chapter of Shanxi Province are analyzed based on the statistical data of S county rural migrant daughter-in-law society to adapt to the situation.First,the way of employment,income,family economic pressure,social security for the operation of economy to adapt to thesituation;Second,the village public affairs concerned,village activities participation,social intercourse,family life to adapt to the conditions of life;Third,identity and regional identity as the main content of psychological adaptation.The third chapter the economy from the content of the social support,life,psychology three dimensions as the three parts of this chapter,each separated from the main body of social support to provide concrete analysis,namely the government give priority to the formal social support and the village committee,with blood,industry margin,geopolitical which is formed by relatives,friends,colleagues and neighbors of informal social support system.The fourth chapter analyzes the S county rural foreign daughter-in-law social adaptation support system problems and reasons,the main problems existing in the social support system with economic security and reemployment does not reach the designated position,the changes of the social center of gravity,in-laws from village villagers don't seriously and prejudice and discrimination.From the formal support system to support the main reasons why does not reach the designated position,informal support system relationship is strong,strong homogeneity,information gain high homogeneity and foreign daughter-in-law own perspective of human capital in the countryside.The fifth chapter put forward about the countermeasures to improve the rural foreign daughter-in-law social adaptation support system,including the government attaches great importance to and bear corresponding responsibility,give full play to the village collective organizations,to strengthen the family support,consolidate friends support,our rural foreign daughter-in-law own subjective initiative.The rural economy to adapt to the situation of foreign daughter-in-law influences its life adaptation and psychological adaptability,adapt to the life situation is bad,psychological adaptation is mainly affected by the village people of discrimination,were lower.For their social adaptation problemformal support system's role is less,the informal support system is mainly to provide economic and psychological support,their own lack of human capital,therefore,need social forces in a concerted effort to provide the necessary support to help them better adapt to the life,increase happiness.
