Research On Psychological Counseling Of Employees By Case Work

With the transformation of China's economic system and the intensification of corporate competitive pressure in the context of economic globalization,In order to compete for market interest,enterprises pay too much attention to corporate benefits.Ignoring one of the company's important assets-the health benefits of employees,Because the company lacks awareness of employee mental health management,it does not attach importance to the counseling of employees' psychological problems,The psychological problems caused by improper handling of pressure or emotion are more and more obvious.Facing the psychological problems of employees,the measures taken by the enterprises are clearly overstretched and there is no clear guideline.Therefore,how to solve the problem of employee psychological counseling,Coordinate communication channels between companies and employees,The professional intervention of case work is of practical significance.This article selects a enterprise staff as the research object,through the interview and the psychological questionnaire survey to understand their daily psychological status.The results show that a company employees have some psychological problems,according to the situation can be divided into job burnout,adaptive barriers,work anxiety,emotional disputes caused by psychological imbalance and other psychological problems.Combined with the results of the interview,the author analyzes the psychological problems of a enterprise employees by the theory of sociology,and the main reasons are as follows: the lack of psychological guidance,lack of mental health consciousness and the shortage of social support network.On this basis,this research takes the social work angle of view,the case intervention uses,the reasonable emotion therapy to alleviate the enterprise staff's psychological predicament,the reconstruction enterprise staff's social support network,enhances the enterprise staff psychological adjustment ability.
