Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the total running distance,high-speed running distance, body load, running distance of different speed range and GSP data of IMA change in each game obtained by the elite Chinese female hockey player under the new rules. The running characteristics and laws of the team sports in the continuous competition are explored,so as to give a reasonable explanation of the fatigue accumulation in the continuous competition and the performance of the athletes' running ability through data analysis, and in the end provide scientific data support for coacher to work out training plan. Methods: Taking 16 international level athletes of women's hockey team in Liaoning Province participating in the 2016 National Hockey Women's Championship team(age: 24.5 ± 4.9 years old;height: 167.7 ± 4.8cm;weight 64.2 ± 6.3kg)as the research object. The GPS(Catapult Open field,GPSport,Australia)signal receiving device was used to screen, process and analyze 16 elite women's hockey players for 6 consecutive games in 8 days.6 consecutive games, which played in 8 days,in each race of the total running distance,high-speed running distance, body load, different speed range running distance and IMA changes in the data. The index data of each game were compared and analyzed by using the SPPS 17.0 software for the matching data of the samples(the significance difference was set to P?0.05).Results:The average running distance of Chinese elite women's hockey players was 4681 ± 1100 meters, the high-speed running distance was 585 ± 57 meters and the total body loading value was 413 ± 32.The running distance of the first speed section is 4287.9±1032.3meters,which is about 88% of the total running distance. The running distance of the second speed section is 295.3± 85.9meters,which is about 6.1% of the total running distance;the third speed range's running distance is 101.4 ± 37.6meters,which is about 2.1% of the total running distance;the fourth speed range's running distance is 188.8 ± 81.6meters,which is about 3.9% of the total running distance. In the case of IMA,the total number of acceleration, deceleration and change of direction is 230.6 ± 71.9 times, and the number of acceleration and deceleration is 38.6 ± 19.4 times and 44.8 ± 17.3 times respectively. The number of left and right changes of direction is 96.0 ± 34.2 times,72.7 ± 26%,18%,38%,and 29% of the total competition, respectively.Among them, the number of low-intensity IMA activities was 197 times, accounting for 80% of the total number of games, and the number of moderate and high intensity IMA activities was 37 times and 12 times respectively, accounting for 15% and 5% of the total number of activities. Conclusion and suggestions: There is an overall increasing trend in Chinese elite women's hockey players' total running distance during the tournament progress, and the high-speed running distance also showed an increasing trend.Comparing different running distance in different speed section,it can be found that the running distance is constantly increasing both in low-speed section and high-speed section, while the sprint running distance continues to decline. It can be seen that the total running distance,high-speed running distance rising continuously when facing the powerful opponents in Chinese elite women's hockey competition, while at the same time, due to the short rest time between the matches, athletes fatigue accumulation showed continuous to increase,so the low running distance in each game rises and the high-intensity sprint distance showed continuous to decrease. There is no significant difference between the total running distances of each game in continuous game, while the running distance per minute is the opposite. The low-speed running distance takes about 80% of the total running distance in different speed section's running distance. As for the IMA changes, both the acceleration and deceleration have no significant change in the game, while the left and right change of direction in the last game shows significant difference compared with other games(P ? 0.05).The acceleration and deceleration of Chinese elite women's hockey players in continuous game show no significant change,as well as the moderate and high intensity of the left and right turning(P?0.05),while the left and right turning of low-intensity game show significant difference compared with the last game.It is suggested that the coaches should simulate the load of continuous competition to improve the aerobic capacity of the athletes in the daily training, and at the same time improve the athletes' high-speed running ability, especially the sprint ability. In the specific sports training, the coaches should enhance the athletes' high-intensity acceleration and deceleration ability as well as pay attention to improve the athletes' left and right change of direction ability in continuous low-intensity,so as to adapt the athletes to adapt to the high-intensity continuous competition.
