Zhejiang university basketball league(ZUBA)is a good practical experience at home and abroad for reference,and founded,is a new attempt to basketball athletic talent cultivation mode in zhejiang province,after more than ten years of cultivation and development of three universities from the initial to the current more than 100 colleges and universities to participate in large scale,social influence and popularity also increasingly remarkable.Obviously ZUBA has become a college student's own league in zhejiang province,and has been greatly supported by the relevant government departments.But judging from the present stage,with insufficient,there are many aspects of the competitive level is not high,the resistance is not strong,the gap between the various colleges and universities,athletes,the overall strength is low,no strong appreciation is plagued by a series of problems such as the league continued healthy and stable growth.Based on this foundation,this research USES the literature material method,mathematical statistics and the methods of questionnaire investigation,the college students in zhejiang province in 2017 ncaa men's basketball league(A.B)on-the-spot technical statistics and player efficiency value are studied,through the analysis of on-the-spot technical statistics and player efficiency value of research,find out the team in the competition of various technical and tactical application situation and characteristics on offense,looking for defects and problems of the team.The results show that the teams in the ZUBA group in 2017 have weak scoring ability and low shooting percentage.In the course of the game,the players' skills and tactics are not stable,the overall pace of the game is slower,and the number of attacking and guarding is less.The athlete's individual ability is weak,the basicskill is not solid,the field strain ability is poor.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the formula of players' efficiency can be used to compare the real players' contribution to the team in the game.The study also found that there was a large difference in the efficiency of players in different positions in the same team,and the players in different positions were unbalanced.This paper argues that: each team should strengthen the athletes' shooting ability,improve the stability in the process of athletes in the game,to speed up the pace of offensive and defensive in the process of athletes in the game,attach importance to the athlete's basic training.At the same time,the team should excavate new people and train new people in the daily training,aiming at the problems of different positions of the team,it should start from the weak links and carry out targeted training.Pay attention to the balanced development of players in.
