The Study Of Strengthening The Management Of Teachers In Secondary Vocational Schools In Qinhuangdao

The construction of teachers' team is related to teaching and educating and benefiting all generations and it is of great significance to the economic development and social progress of a country.High-quality teachers' team is an important prerequisite to ensure the teaching quality of secondary professional education,and can effectively promote the cultivation of high quality skilled talents.Based on human-oriented theory and motivation theory,this study aims to build a "high quality and skill-oriented" education team,taking the practical problems reflected in Qinhuangdao Secondary Professional School teachers' team as the cut-in point,using the methods of Literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,normative analysis,etc.In this paper,the present situation of teachers in Qinhuangdao Secondary Professional School is deeply discussed and analyzed in depth.Moreover,according to the various problems reflected in the reality,based on deduction and summary,learning from advanced experiences of developed countries,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further standardize and improve the construction of teachers in Qinhuangdao Secondary Professional SchoolsThe construction of teachers in secondary professional schools is an important part of our country's education system.The stability of its ranks,the improvement of its quality and the strengthening of its devotion are all important to the economic and social development of our region and the whole country.The results of this study not only provide a useful experience and enlightenment for further standardizing and perfecting the construction of teachers in Qinhuangdao Secondary Professional School,but also provide useful reference for better standardizing and perfecting the construction of teachers in other schools in China.
