Research On Resource Development And Management Of MBA Alumni From Shenzhen University

Remarkable achievements have been reached in domestic university alumni resources development and management: many alumni organization established,research on alumni theory and practice is increasing,alumni donation has become the important support for education of higher strength.Along with the development of China MBA education,MBA alumni working has been gradually getting the attention of business schools.But there are still many things need to be discussed because MBA groups is special and most of our business schools with MBA is in its rise stage.This paper focused on MBA alumni resources of Shenzhen University and instructed by theory of social capital,systemic organization and social system.Present situation of MBA alumni organizations,alumni services,alumni resources development,analysis existing problems are descripted here: low utilization ratio of alumni resources,unsound construction of the alumni organization,no enough attention paid to the development and management of alumni resources.This paper adopts SWOT method to study,as well as internal and external analysis,this paper puts forward the advantages and opportunities of MBA alumni resources of Shenzhen University,as well as the disadvantages and external threats.With two cases for reference,this paper puts forward the strategy of developing the internal resources comprehensively and expanding the influence on the outside on the development aspect.And four improvement strategies: improve the alumni organizations,promote service ability,cultivate alumni culture and operational guarantee.By case study of Shenzhen University MBA alumni resources development and management,we could help the Alma mater and alumni to make better use of resources,and giving reference to MBA alumni working of other colleges and universities to some extent.
