Study On The Internal Governance Structure Evaluation Of Private Colleges And Universities In Hebei

In the context of China's economic entry into the new normal,more and more private colleges and universities have begun to play their own role.At present,the state has noticed the value of private colleges and universities,and also vigorously develops the use of private colleges,making private colleges and universities become an integral part of the education sector.This paper aims to influence factors of the internal governance structure of private universities in China as the research object,using the data of internal governance in private colleges,on the basis of theoretical analysis,using the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research,analysis of the construction of index system of the influencing factors of the internal governance structure of private universities in China,the status quo of internal governance structure of our country private universities are objective analysis,analysis of the various factors that influence the internal governance structure of private universities in China,further puts forward suggestions and strategies to promote internal governance.This paper analyzes it by means of statistical analysis,so as to select the key factors and establish an effective internal governance structure.Think there are the status quo and problems of the current internal governance of private universities in Hebei: administrative and academic rights lopsided board structure is not perfect;and lack of transparency;the board of directors,Party committee,the principal responsibility is unknown;the school faculty relationships and decision-making functions of division of labor is not clear;the internal administrative supervision mechanism,lack of democratic management level is low.That adjustment should be made in the following aspects: the first is to perfect the system of Professor Jean,guarantee the balance of academic administrative power,protect the professor academic ideas and research methods of long-term development;secondly,perfect the system of board of directors should make the management of the internal structure of diversification;once again,the construction of the Party committee in the board of directors responsibility under the leadership of principals,to clarify the relationship between the party and the government the implementation of the leadership,management rights,rules;in addition to strengthen the construction of the regulation system of civilian run colleges and universities,construction of position power and responsibility unified management system,further improve the original governance structure and effectively improve the external environment;finally,improve the mechanism of internal supervision and management,strengthen the democratic supervision of teachers and students,so as to restrict the administrative power is too large,corruption rot,arbitrary and other issues.
