As China economy enters a normal state of development under the “new era”,improving quality and efficiency has become a new trend and main trend of economic development. The demand for comprehensive skills talents is even stronger. After more than 20 years of development,China's higher vocational colleges have developed a number of practical training models on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign mature experiences, providing a large number of specialized talents for the sustained and efficient development of the Chinese economy, while the path of talent training mode is still lacking. The contradiction between the number and effectiveness of personnel training and the demand for talents in the “new era”economic development have not yet been fully resolved, and there are even signs of further deterioration. Therefore,we need to further innovate the talent training mode for higher vocational colleges that is suitable for the development of the university. This paper mainly collects, analyzes, and summarizes the current situation and problems of the current talent cultivation in vocational colleges through questionnaire surveys and group interviews. At the same time, the author present the new model of talent cultivation aiming to adopt the refinement, summarization and promotion of this model for providing intellectual support and ideological assurance for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges in China. This paper proposes a new model for the “four-in-one” talents training in higher vocational colleges.Based on a detailed analysis of the interests of the four parties, they find common grounds for their interests and further analyze the concept, characteristics, necessity and value of this model. The “four-in-one” talents training mode proposed in this paper meets the new development needs of economic improvement and efficiency improvement in the current “new era” context, through innovative combination of foreign and European developed countries mature vocational college personnel training. The model, combined with the research data of other institutions and the actual development of the Guangdong Vocational and Technical College, proposes a new model for coordinating the four elements of the government, enterprises, universities and students. This model has broken the past enterprise-university Based on the dual-system talent training model, emphasizing more on the role of government and the effect of students. It can break the gap between the four major elements in the past and unify the four organisms within onelarge platform to ensure that all parties can make timely progress, which can solve intractable problems in a targeted manner, and explore new models of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in a mutually engaging blend. This article summarizes the experience of talent cultivation in some key specialties of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College, and extracts the successful experience of the current talent cultivation of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College: the establishment of a college-provided specialty closely related to the economic needs of the region;the employment-oriented curriculum, teaching material development system;construction of academic teaching management of academic characteristics with talent cultivation indicators;actively promote the construction of dual certification system;relying on industry and local needs to run schools. However, the existing problems have also been found: the degree of in-depth training of personnel for school-enterprise cooperation is not enough;the participation of both parties is not high, and the interest coordination mechanism is not perfect;and there is a lack of clear national policies and guidelines. This article believes that the "four-in-one" talent training model can improve the level of the government of the relevant laws and regulations;companies should actively strengthen cooperation and develop long-term talent development mechanism;vocational colleges should build a four-party exchange platform to prevent risks and strengthen the allocation of funds;students should consolidate the theoretical basis and grasp the opportunity to upgrade their skills and other four aspects.
