With the advent of the information age,the development of science and technology is constantly integrated into our life,which brings convenience and some disadvantages.From the point of view of students,the character is withdrawn,and the college students who are unwilling to participate in sports are increasing."dormitory,Internet bar" becomes the "second classroom" of college students.The system of college physical education has forced students to participate in sports,not to enjoy sports.How to change the phenomenon that college students become addicted to high-tech equipment? How to change the phenomenon that college students increasingly crowd out traditional sports? These two questions worth thinking about are the origins of the article.If the two can be combined to make up for each other,the first two problems can be solved.Main research purpose of this article is to help the esports movement into the classroom,as a new teaching method to increase interest and optional sports course,let the leaders,teachers and students to understand and change their misunderstanding of esports movement,change their thoughts on a heavy constant physical education curriculum,and help them to clear the difference between electronic competitive sports and network games.It is convenient for e-sports to introduce colleges and universities in the future,and inject new blood into students' abilities and teachers' teaching environment.Through the full text of the school e-sports association;College students' understanding of e-sports;The cognition of the value of e-sports in college students;Students' differences in e-sports and online games and the similarities and differences of traditional sports;The duration,frequency and type of electronic competitive sports of college students;Do students want to introduce e-sports and what is the point of assistance? This paper analyzes the theoretical research and teaching elements of the feasibility of introducing e-sports as an auxiliary means in chongqing university.In the course of investigation,it is found that the project is of great help to students' all-round development.The support of national policy is the guarantee of the development of this sport;Huge market demand is the driving force of this movement;Students' preference,the need for curriculum reform,is the source of this sport and other beneficial factors.At present,most people's misunderstanding of this movement has not been improved,the teaching staff force,the required teaching environment is not perfect,and other adverse factors restrict the development of e-sports.According to the results of the investigation and the theoretical analysis,it is concluded that we should correctly understand this movement and understand the correctness and inevitability of its development scientifically.2.The interest and interest of students is an important factor to be taken into consideration in the reform of PE curriculum in colleges and universities.3.Clearly understand that e-sports can bring different benefits to schools and students.4.The impetus for the development of the movement is sufficient,but the lack of qualified teachers and the inconvenience of teaching environment are the main factors restricting the development of the movement.Combined with these conclusions,this paper proposes a corresponding solution: 1.Enhance the publicity of e-sports in colleges and universities.2.Improve the organization and development of e-sports associations in colleges and universities.3.Enhance the training of professional teachers in e-sports.Follow a step-by-step approach.
