In colleges and universities,the safety of college students' files and their circulation is very important for the development of college students' life.Since 2015,after graduating college students,their personnel files have been transferred from “secretary” to “EMS”,and various safety issues have occurred frequently.How to improve the circulation of university student college archives has become an urgent issue for university file managers.problem.Evaluating the safety of the circulation of college students' files is helpful to find out what is missing and to make plans,and to improve the safety of file transfer for college students.There are many factors influencing the safety of college students' file circulation.Therefore,it is necessary to research and formulate a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation system for college students' file circulation and construct a file transfer security risk assessment model.This is necessary for the safety management of college students' file circulation.First of all,based on the analysis of the characteristics and development status of college students' archives,this paper analyzes the status quo of domestic and foreign scholars' research on college students' file transfer.Through a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of archives circulation,and striving to reflect the principles of scientificity,comprehensiveness,accuracy,and measurability and operability,the analysis target index method is used to sort out and evaluate the safety evaluation indicators for file circulation safety,and As a result,a preliminary index screening was conducted.After consultation with industry experts on security of circulation of insurance files,an index system for the circulation safety of college students' archives was established.The archives consisted of four primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators.Safety evaluation index system.Secondly,according to the circulation safety evaluation index system in archives,a structure diagram of the circulation safety assessment system for BP neural network archives is constructed,including four neural network subsystems and a comprehensive neural network.The archive collection security neural network subsystem is taken as an example to determine BP neural network evaluation model includes model design,network structure,and learning parameters.And built a multi-level extension based college student file delivery security evaluation model.Taking the security situation of a university student's file circulation as an example,an empirical study was conducted.The BP neural network evaluation model was simulated using MATLAB.The simulation results showed that the BP neural network was suitable for the security evaluation of archived campus circulation system and the archive campus security circulation based on BP neural network.The evaluation model is a reasonable and feasible evaluation model.This method provides a brand-new evaluation method for the safety evaluation in the circulation process in archives.Applying the multi-level extension archives security evaluation model for college students constructed in this paper,an empirical evaluation study was conducted on the security of archives sent by an EMS graduate,and it was concluded that the graduation risk profile of graduates of this school is grade II,and the evaluation results The actual security situation is consistent.Provides a method for sending security risk assessments for graduate archives,and also provides a reference for the in-depth research on the security of graduate archives...
