Most of our previous studies concentrate their efforts on employment rate and unemployment rate.However,we have found more problems,such as the low starting salaries of colleges and universities graduates,the shorten terms of their labor contracts,more and more colleges and universities graduates become job-hoppers after graduating,and so on,all those problems warn us it is not enough to pay attention to employment and unemployment rate,we should pay close attention to the quality of employment.I want to build a system to evaluate the quality of colleges and universities graduates employment after reading and learning forefather's achievement.On one hand,this paper can support following studies about the quality of colleges and universities graduates employment in theory;on the other hand,this paper can help the government,colleges and universities,employers and colleges and universities graduates evaluate the quality of employment,and then improve the quality of employment.The development of colleges and universities graduates employment evaluation has undergone the birth period of employment evaluation,the employment research period and the quality of employment research period.Its improvement is the inevitable requirement of employment reformation,and the urgent need to the development of pedagogical economics.With more attention focus on the quality of employment,the colleges and universities graduates employment quality evaluation is in the process of constant exploration and improvement.However,as the current actual situation is concerned,the evaluated is single and the indexes are not comprehensive.From the angle of the colleges and universities graduates employment,the quality of colleges and universities graduates employment was affected by employability,personal characteristic,employment environment and personal expectation.On the basis of the theories of psychology,economics and management constructs a system which has three levels including graduate students,undergraduates and junior college students and five dimensions,then making correlation analysis to the indexes to make sure the system is scientific.Considering our own national conditions,we can effectively perfect the colleges and universities graduates employment quality evaluation through the following channels: perfecting the evaluation system,combining evaluation methods and setting up reasonable evaluation time.The government should strengthen the macro-control to the make employment market positive development;the employer should raise the level of human resource management to realize the job-person-fit;the colleges and universities should strengthen the employment abilities training to make sure the colleges and universities graduates competent for the jobs faster;the colleges and universities graduates should take a correct attitude towards employment to find the suitable job.
