With the development of Internet information technology,massive open online courses(MOOCs)as a new way of teaching,in the country began to rise and develop rapidly,but there are still some problems in the learning effect is poor or the stopout of a large number of learners,hindered the sustainable development of MOOCs.In order to solve the problems existing in MOOCs,a lot of research on MOOCs is needed.It is very beneficial for teachers and platform managers to understand the learners in MOOCs and grasp the learners' learning state and situation in real time.It is of great value and significance to understand the learners through the analysis of the objective data of the learners' behavior.we study the learners in the Chu class alliance platform,make full use of the data in the platform in paper,analyze and predict the online learning behavior.First,it analyzes the behavior properties of the learners under the platform of the related behavior theory,and then points out the influence factors according to the problem of MOOCs middle school learner loss.The behavior data model is established,and 30 specific and new learners' behavior characteristics are extracted and determined.Then the characteristic coefficients of various behavior activities are obtained by logical regression and some strong association behavior features are analyzed.Finally,another probability graph model,the hidden Markov model,is predicted and compared.The prediction accuracy and feasibility of the model are verified and evaluated.The results of this study further illustrate that it is valuable to study the problem of MOOCs Churn Based on learners' behavioral characteristics,which provides a reference for further mining learners' learning behavior attributes and rules.A deep understanding of learners embodies the teaching idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,which helps to provide better personalized learning services,improve learning effectiveness and quality,and is conducive to the sustainable development of MOOCs.
