Traditional sports of ethnic minorities,as an important part of national culture,are an effective way to inherit and develop national folk culture.The school introduced minority traditional sports and brought them into physical education,that is,to enrich the school sports curriculum resources and to protect and inherit the national and folk culture.After years of hard work and practice,national and folk sports culture has achieved certain achievements,but there are also many problems.After this study,the national traditional sports of Mountain Ethnic Middle School entered the campus as a case.Using the literature method,field investigation,interview and logical analysis,this paper systematically combed the introduction stage,development course and present situation of the traditional sports in the post mountain ethnic middle school.The purpose is to find out the successful experience and existing problems of the National Traditional Sports in the post Mountain National Middle School,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide an empirical basis for the introduction of the National Traditional Sports in the rural primary and secondary schools in the relatively remote and backward areas.The results show that:(1)the support of state,provincial and local policy support,the needs of the development of school education and teaching,the rich traditional sports resources and folk inheritors are the conditions for the introduction of national traditional sports in the post mountain national middle school.(2)in the early days of the national traditional sports,the post mountain ethnic middle school introduced the traditional sports of two ethnic groups on the moon and the fireworks,and carried out the study and training of the traditional ethnic sports in the form of interest groups in the form of interest groups.(3)to establish and improve the leading institutions,to recruit folk artists,to write local textbooks,to build traditional national sports training bases,and to run ethnic characteristics classes,and so on,the methods and ways of promoting the traditional sports of the post mountain ethnic middle schools into the campus have become diversified and flexible.From the initial 2 items,the national traditional sports have been developed to some items,such as the racing speed,the high foot race,the gyro,the rolling iron ring,the Lusheng dance,the elephant tug of war,the egg,the gun,the moon,the high pile and the roll of the cowhide.(4)the construction of the management system,the establishment of institutions,the attention of the leaders and the stable investment are the guarantee of the orderly development of the traditional ethnic sports in the post mountain national middle school.At the same time,the construction of the national folk culture exhibition hall,the cultural corridor,the school journal,the school newspaper and the network platform have realized the national traditional culture of the post mountain national middle school.Diversification of the mode of chemical communication.(5)post Mountain National Middle School Physical Education Teacher’s diploma is undergraduate,the teacher contingent is young,the National Traditional Sports in the University contact,the restudy ability is strong,but takes part in the training few;the field equipment can satisfy the student’s needs basically,but lacks the special person management and maintenance,makes the equipment idle waste,the extracurricular utilization rate is low.(6)modern sports are the major sports courses in Hou Shan middle school.The main forms of national traditional sports in schools are class breaks,physical education,school sports meetings,mass organizations,training teams and community activities.(7)the cognition and attitude of teachers in the ethnic traditional sports in the post Mountain Ethnic Middle School: most of the teachers do not know much about it,only a few teachers know and master it,and most of the teachers support the development of traditional national sports in the school,only a few teachers feel indifferent.Students are very fond of the development of national traditional sports,and they have diverse ways to understand and learn.(8)the post Shan nationality middle school has achieved certain results in the National Traditional Sports entering the campus.Some projects have won medals in the National Games and Provincial Games,and schools have been awarded the "national folk culture into the campus" project.Improving the quality of education and teaching,enriching the characteristics of campus culture,promoting campus harmony,enhancing the awareness of the protection and inheritance of the folk culture by teachers and students is the positive effect to the post mountain ethnic middle school.(9)there are still some shortcomings in the achievement of the middle school for the Han nationality.The lack of guidance for local teaching materials,frequent flow of teachers,inadequate executive ability of organizational institutions,lack of management of equipment,single form of sports games and continuous decline of students’ students are the factors that restrict the development of Ethnic Traditional Sports in the post mountain ethnic middle schools.In view of the factors that restrict the development of the traditional ethnic sports in the post mountain ethnic middle school,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)improving the teaching material for local nationalities;(2)strengthening the construction of teachers and professional training;(3)reforming the traditional school sports meeting;(4)improving the management system of the hardware and software facilities;(5)deepening the ethnic activities with the community.To cooperate and develop together;(6)to establish a set of fund guarantee mechanism;(7)to strengthen cooperation between government and school.
