With the continuous development of China's economy,private colleges and universities have developed rapidly.The number of students in private colleges and universities has occupied 1/4 of the number of students in Colleges and universities in our country.At the same time,how to improve the quality of private teaching and the efficiency of running schools has become an urgent problem to be solved by private colleges and universities and reasonable science.The performance management has become an important means to improve the quality of private teaching.This paper takes a Shijiazhuang Higher Vocational College as the research object.From the perspective of performance management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of private colleges and universities,and uses the Balanced Scorecard theory to solve the problems in order to stabilize the teaching team.To ensure the quality of teaching and lay a solid foundation for teaching and learning,we will make some contributions to our colleagues.Through literature research,questionnaire,interview and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of performance management of a higher vocational college in Shijiazhuang,and holds that the following problems exist in the performance management of a higher vocational college in Shijiazhuang : The performance appraisal lacks the pertinence,lacks the examination information feedback mechanism,lacks the diverse performance appraisal target,lacks the innovation performance management system.In this regard,based on the Balanced Scorecard performance management theory,through the analysis of the construction principles,the college index system and the teacher level index system are constructed,and the index system is empowered to form the performance management evaluation model.At the same time,according to the performance management system,the performance evaluation of all schools and teachers in the whole school is carried out,and the evaluation results are summarized.In order to carry out a good performance management based on the Balanced Scorecard theory in Shijiazhuang higher vocational college,it is necessary to establish a school culture that matches the strategy,improve the follow-up system and encourage the staff development,strengthen the evaluation pertinence through the training of the performance manager,set up the project group and the feedback way,and pay attention to the performance index.And improve the basic supporting system.
