Researchon The Main Factors Affecting The Development Of High School Basketball Team In Xi'an

With the continuous development of our country's basketball sport,the development of basketball in our country has unleashed its unparalleled vitality in sports,especially among young athletes.At home,youth basketball is also becoming increasingly popular because of its open country and growing cultural needs.However,although China's high school basketball league has been developed for many years,the level of competition has been quite different from that of international high level basketball.The reasons for this are as follows: China has a short training period for the development of reserve basketball talents,the development system is not mature,and reserve talents are insufficient.In the Outline of the 13 th Five-year Plan for the National Economy and Social Development of Shaanxi Province,it is stipulated clearly that we must “promote cultural development and prosperity,speed up the building of a strong cultural province,” and “strive to safeguard and improve people's livelihood and continuously improve people's living standards.” This is particularly important for Xi'an as a capital city.This article uses the literature data method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and so on to carry on the data description to the school basketball team development situation of six high schools in Xi'an,and has carried on the classification analysis to the factors which influence the basketball team development factor.The result is as follows:1.For the situation of the high school basketball team,the study found that the number of male high school basketball teams in Xi'an has a clear advantage over the number of women's basketball teams;the physical quality of the men's basketball team and the women's basketball team pass through;the number of basketball teams participating in the game is insufficient;and the men's and women's basketball teams are athletes.The proportion of qualifications is good;the overall training intensity of the high school basketball team is relatively large.2.Xi'an High School Men's Basketball Coaches are mainly composed of undergraduate and master's degrees,and the title structure is more reasonable;most coaches have the task of teaching public classes and concurrently serving as team coaches;coaches have participated in training for the past two years.The number of advanced studies is relatively small,and the situation in scientific research on the number of published papers and topic participation is very good.Coaches are not satisfied with the school's reward system.3.The number of players participating in the Xi'an High School basketball team training is different.There is a significant difference between the number of participating games in each school.4.The scores of school basketball teams are related to the degree of attention and funding of school leaders,and thescale of participation and achievement are low.5.The learning,training,and competition of the Xi'an high school basketball team are still in conflict with each other.In particular,pre-game training has caused certain learning pressure for students.The motivation of students' training is mainly based on the motivation for further studies,followed by personal interest motives and parents' wishes.Based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: 1.Our high school basketball team should target the construction team to a higher level,and should aim to establish a national first-class high school basketball team;general high school basketball team should be built.The team focused on how to better promote the vigorous development of basketball on campus,and the sports team to promote the school's various sports activities.2.Each high school in our province should devote itself to enhancing the overall promotion of the coach team and pay attention to the training of the coaches' scientific research ability.3.Efforts to tap social resources,how to put the social and corporate funds into the high school basketball team training system.4.To scientifically administer the team's training,not only to achieve the results of the competition,but also to study results,and to truly achieve the goal of training middle school students in the new century.
