Research On The Influential Factors Of Basketball Student's Training Initiative In Xi'an Sport University

With the rapid development of basketball in our country,our country has put forward higher requirements for the number and quality of basketball players.The basic way to improve basketball players' athletic ability is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current basketball players' training.In sports training,the training enthusiasm of the athlete is an important factor influencing the efficiency of the training effect.This study takes Xi'an Sports University basketball students as the research object,and uses questionnaires,factor analysis methods and other research methods to conduct a complete investigation and analysis on the factors that influence the training enthusiasm of the athletes in the current training of Xi'an Sports Institute students.Analysis results show:1.Factors that can contribute to the training enthusiasm of basketball players at the Xi'an Institute of Physical Education are: athletes' own factors,coaching factors,social factors,training methods,and school factors.2.From the perspective of the coaching factor,it is the coach's own relevant qualities and qualities that are not obvious.In the study,there is a clear distinction between the remaining teams.In addition,the coach's own leadership style and the remaining The team has a distinct difference.It has played a more profound role in training enthusiasm.3.The training methods and ways of stimulating interest,training methods and the establishment of more encouraging images,and more scientifically appropriate training measures can now play a significant role in the training enthusiasm of players.And there is no significant difference between different teams at this point.4.Regarding the athletes' own factors,it is not obvious that the promotion of the training enthusiasm of the men's basketball team is influenced by personal development.There are obvious differences between the teams.5.For school factors,the training enthusiasm of the team members is obviously supported by related training funds,while the rest of the training teams have no obvious effect.In view of contradictory factors in the study and training,the role of the training team members is not obvious,but the role of the school men's basketball team is obvious,which shows the obvious difference between the two.6.As far as the social factors are concerned,the training enthusiasm of different teams is not significantly affected by social support factors.There is no obvious difference between different teams.The demand factors for the basketball talents in the society are obviously different among different teams.The female colleges of the education college are not affected by the degree.Based on the above analysis results,specific recommendations for improving the enthusiasm of sports training for Xi'an Sports Institute students in the future will be provided.They are willing to provide effective references and lessons for the studentsof the Xi'an Institute of Physical Education in basketball training and learning.
