Under the background of economic globalization,the internationalization of higher vocational education has become an irreversible trend.Under this background,institutions of higher learning in various parts of China have carried out foreign cooperation in running schools to different degrees.As one of the top ten equipment manufacturing bases in the country,Chongqing has four state-level equipment manufacturing industry bases and over 400 equipment manufacturing companies.With the rapid expansion of industrial scale and structural upgrading,Chongqing Municipality urgently needs the skills related to construction machinery,electrical engineering,automobiles,and parts and components as well as international perspectives.It is a skill that not only understands China's national conditions but also understands international rules.Talent.The Chongqing Municipal Education Commission seized the opportunity to develop cooperative schools in higher vocational colleges and carry out foreign exchanges in all aspects and at all levels.Therefore,research on the Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges in Chongqing not only has theoretical significance,but also has practical significance.This article selects a Sino-Canadian cooperation school project conducted by a vocational college in Chongqing as the research object.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and interviews,the current situation of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools is investigated in depth and analyzed.Based on the characteristics and existing problems of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools,based on this,it proposes an improved strategy and inspiration for the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges in China.The article is divided into seven parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly introduces the reasons for the topic selection,concept definition,research review,research design and other issues.The second part is the theoretical support of Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education.It mainly elaborates the theory of strategic alliances,the cost sharing theory of higher education and the theory of human capital.The third part is the policy orientation of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational education in China.After sorting out the rise of China-foreign cooperative education in China,the state promulgated a series of legal and legal policies,and analyzed the tendency and orientation behind the policy.The fourth part is the growth and development of the case.Explained the case as a research method with more than 100 years of history,its origin and its application and development in various disciplines.The fifth part is the analysis of the current situation of the case,and mainly elaborates on the content of the three aspects: ·the value orientation of the Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools,namely: responding to the call of the national policy,serving the education cause;cultivating sophisticated talents,and serving the regional economy Satisfy the school's own development needs and serve students' employment.?The mode of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools is: "2+1" dual-professional training mode;specific cohesive mode of training;"3+0" training mode.?The successes and disadvantages of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools,namely the implementation status of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools,are elaborated in terms of organization and management,cooperative institutions,enrollment,courses and teaching,student assessment,teacher management,and expenses;the characteristics of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools This is mainly demonstrated in three aspects: first,quality education resources at home and abroad,and strong alliances;second,flexible and flexible cooperation modes with distinctive features;third,the cultivation of students' professional abilities,with particular emphasis;and the problems existing in Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools.It is mainly reflected in the difficulties of enrollment,poor student quality,weak faculty resources,lack of foreign teachers,lack of stability,heavy academic burden on students,low enthusiasm,and lack of a sound regulatory system.The sixth part is the improvement of the individual case.From cracking the difficulty of enrollment,improving the faculty level of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,improving students' enthusiasm for learning,developing localized teaching materials,establishing a supervision system for noon cooperation in running schools,and strengthening supervision,etc.,an improved strategy was proposed to promote China's cooperation with China.The good development of cooperation in running schools.The seventh part is the inspiration of the case to China's Sino-foreign cooperative education.First,the government gives preferential policies and encourages higher vocational colleges to carry out Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools;second is to adjust measures to local conditions and choose effective paths to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education;third is to improve the quality of cooperative education and vigorously promote Sino-foreign cooperative education.
