Competition in comprehensive national strength today is competitive in science and technology,basic education is to train students in scientific literacy important period.Their level of scientific literacy students determine the future development of the country.This study attempts to pupils from the status quo of scientific literacy surveys,interviews with teachers study,analyze the situation scientific literacy,scientific literacy put forward proposals to improve pupils.Through interviews with primary school science teachers,science education in primary schools to explore the problems and analyze its causes.The study is going to research how every single part in education influences the promotion of pupil's scientific literacy by teaching them to appreciate the scientific cartoons as well as to imitate,create and display cartoons in the practical projects of museums and schools,and to research how to develop scientific literacy in educating through the implementation of the scientific history cartoon.The result is that the appreciation of scientific cartoons strengthened pupil's awareness of identifying information,and the implementation of cartoons improved their realization of scientific history.In introduction,the background,significance and status of this research were explained in short,and the goal and method were presented.First,with the observation of the pupil's scientific literacy,the study concluded the problems and,based on those,came up with the key points to which should be paid attention in the practical implementation of scientific cartoons.Second,the study carried out the scientific cartoons program and related education project,explained how the scientific cartoons improved the pupil's scientific literacy,and in result proposed the development perspective of scientific literacy.Third,the study measured and valued the whole education project,and researched and displayed the outcome.In the final part,the study summarized and reflected the development of pupil's scientific literacy made by scientific cartoons.
