The Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Pre-school Teachers ' Career Planning

Since November 2010 the State Council promulgated the “National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)” and the “three-year action plan for preschool education” in each province and city,China's preschool education has been developing rapidly.At the same time,problems such as the lack of the excellent teachers of kindergarten teachers,great mobility of teachers,frequent occurrences of child abuse etc.To urgently solve these problems,we need to pay attention to the status quo of preschool teachers' career planning.Therefore,this research focuses on the current situation of preschool teachers' career planning.It is of great significance to analyze the reasons which hinder the career planning of teachers and put forward the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of career planning.This paper is mainly based on the understanding of the concept and characteristics of preschool teachers' career planning.By means of questionnaire and interview,the present situation of preschool teachers' career planning in 11 kindergartens in Luoyang city was studied to understand the degree of professional career cognition,the degree of job satisfaction,and the guidance from the kindergarten for career planning of preschool teachers.On the account of collecting data by questionnaire and proceeding statistical analysis,the research result shows that career cognition in career planning of preschool teachers needs to be enhanced;their satisfaction degree is quite low;the organization's guidance for their career planning is insufficient,etc.From the perspective of social environment,kindergarten internal environment,and individual teachers,these problems faced by preschool teachers in career planning were analyzed.Some suggestions are put forward,such as raising social recognition,establishing career planning guidance organization,setting up professional career planning consciousness,doing well teacher training work,and setting up lifelong planning.Hopefully,it can provide reference for the long-term and stable development of kindergartens and preschool teachers.
