Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei's Integration From The Perspective Of Secondary Vocational Education And Regional Economic Cooperation:An Empirical Study

As the main body in the development of the national economy,manufacturing has gradually played a supporting role in the economic development of various countries.With the new round of technological upgrading and industrial upgrading since the 21 st century,the rapid development of manufacturing technology has reshaped the global industrial division of labor.All countries in the formulation of future development strategies will have the advanced manufacturing technology as an important task.Compared with basic education and higher education,vocational education is a more direct means of transforming science and technology into productivity.In turn,the economic basis of a region determines the material basis for the development of vocational education.At the same time,the development of vocational education must closely follow the trend of economic development.Therefore,the scale of the market economy in the region directly restricts the scale structure,and the economic market is prosperous and complete.We have diversified the sources of funding and ways of running schools for vocational education,and surveyed domestic and international research on the secondary vocational education and regional economy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.This shows that there is mutual restraint and mutual promotion between the development of secondary vocational education and regional economy.The relationship between the two can only achieve the goal of common development if they are coordinated.The role of vocational education in industrial development is very prominent.Increasing investment in vocational education will help improve the speed of industrial development and the quality of development.In order to promote the development of vocational education,the state has also successively issued a series of documents to upgrade vocational education to a new height.Studies on the relationship between vocational education and regional economy have also begun at home and abroad.However,there are few studies on secondary vocational education and regional economy in the country.In particular,there are fewer documents on the 13 cities and districts in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Most of the existing articles are at the provincial level and above,and the research content is mostly concentrated in higher education and regional economy.This study uses the SPSS 21.0 software and multivariate statistical factor analysis method and grade difference analysis method to analyze the development level of secondary vocational education and the level of regional economic development in 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the context of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The level of synergy was empirically analyzed.The analysis shows that,as a whole,there are 6 cities in the 13 cities of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,where the level of secondary vocational education is higher than the level of economic development;the level of secondary vocational education in Zhangzhou is equal to the level of economic development;the level of secondary vocational education is lower than the level of economic development.The city has 6 cities.In addition,the level of synergy between secondary vocational education and regional economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was further divided into four levels: synergy,more synergy,less coordination,and stronger coordination.According to the empirical results,the countermeasures for the coordinated development of secondary vocational education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were proposed.
