Since the implementation of the special post plan in 2006,the professional development of special post teachers has gradually become the focus of attention.Because professional affection directly influences the professional level,it has attracted more and more attention.Based on the professional ideal,professional sentiment,professional nature and professional self,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the professional situation of 200 primary school teachers in S County,collates and analyzes the survey data using SPSS19.0 software,discusses the factors that affect the professional development of special post teachers,and also studies the reasons for the present situation of special post teachers in order to improve the professional affection level of such teachers in S County.The results of the study show that:(1)The overall level of professional affection of special post teachers in S county is better,but some aspects are not optimistic.In professional ideal,teachers have a sense of professional slack;in professional sentiment,the sense of responsibility and obligation to the poor students needs to be strengthened;in professional nature,professional interest needs to be improved;in professional self,the normal work of the special post teacher is often intered by outside teaching.the special post teacher has little reflection on the teaching(2)Female special post teachers are superior to male special post teachers in terms of professional sentiment and professional self.Professional ideal and professional self of teachers gratuated from normal university are significantly higher than those of non normal graduates.On the whole,the marital status has a weak influence on the professional affection of the primary special post teachers,but in the aspect of professional ideal teachers who are not married are significantly higher than those of the married.The overall professional level of special post teachers in towns is significantly higher than thoses in villages.Professional ideal,professional sentiment and professional self are significant different in special post teachers with different teaching ages.(3)The reasons for professional affection of special post teachers are the lack of training opportunities,low salary,low humanistic care,poor support and coordination of teachers’ teaching work and lack of self-development consciousness of teachers themselves.Based on the findings,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional affection of primary special post teachers in S county.That is,it is necessary to help the primary special post teachers to correct their career motivation,establish self-development consciousness and establish a firm professional belief;parents should change their family education concept and support the work of teachers;the school should strengthen humanistic care and arrange teaching tasks rationally;the government should increase the training,strengthen the training pertinence,improve the salary of special post teachers.
