With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, there are more and more talents needed for tourism. The industry needs to reserve more high-quality talents with tourism expertise and professional skills. However, with the expansion of colleges and universities, the quality of students’ learning has declined. The phenomenon of undergraduate learning burnout is becoming more and more common.Students’ motivation for learning is not strong, and they are easily affected by the surrounding environment. Some negative states will appear both psychologically and physiologically..In order to understand the learning status of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management, the thesis takes the undergraduate students of tourism management as the research object, and explores the students’ learning motivation and learning burnout through text analysis, questionnaire survey and data statistics methods, and constructs the influence of learning motivation on learning burnout.Research models, and put forward research hypotheses from the dimensions of learning motivation and learning burnout, and investigate the students’ learning status. The following results were obtained through a questionnaire survey:First, students’ motivation for learning is moderate,in which the scores of reputation acquisition and interest in interest are lower;learning burnout is moderately low,and misbehaving is higher than negative, indicating that external negative behavior is more negative than negative emotion, comes out often.Second, there is no significant difference in learning motivation and learning burnout among students of different genders.Because there are fewer females and fewer males in the tourism profession, the sample is not representative enough, resulting in gender differences.Third, students of different grades have significant differences in learning motivation and learning burnout.Among the learning motivations, there are obvious differences in the scores of the three dimensions of altruistic orientation, ability pursuit, and interest in different grades. From the difference in scores,first-year students have the strongest motivation to learn, because freshmen still maintain a positive learning attitude at the beginning of the school.Fourth-year students have a general motivation to learn.Second-and third-grade students have the worst motivation to learn. The motivation and motivation of learning is far less than that of first-year students. The negative emotions and misconduct in learning burnout are also very obvious in different grades. The second and third grades are significantly higher than the first and fourth grades, which indicates that the middle-aged students have the strongest sense of burnout.Fourth, whether there are significant differences between student cadres in learning motivation and learning burnout. In the altruistic orientation of learning motivation and the negative emotions and misconducts of learning burnout, student cadres have stronger motivation to learn and have less sense of burnout.Fifth, there are significant differences in learning motivation and learning burnout among different volunteer choices. In the pursuit of the ability to learn motivation, the students who choose their own volunteers score significantly higher than the students who adjust the students;in the negative emotions and misbehaving dimensions of learning burnout, the students’ burnout level is significantly higher than that of self-selected volunteers.Sixth, there is a significant negative correlation between student motivation and learning burnout, and the dimensions of learning motivation have a significant negative impact on the dimensions of learning burnout.Strengthening learning motivation can effectively reduce learning burnout. The above research results identify the influencing factors of learning motivation and learning burnout, and obtain the significant negative influence relationship of learning motivation on learning burnout, which can provide some reference and reference for future researchers. On the basis of empirical analysis, the thesis puts forward the following suggestions to stimulate college students’ learning motivation and reduce learning burnout:First, stimulate learning motivation.(1)Develop reasonable learning objectives and increase interest in seeking knowledge.(2)Actively participate in social practice and improve professional competence.(3)Establish a reward and punishment mechanism to improve the reputation of students.(4)Strengthen employment education and establish a correct employment concept.Second, reduce learning burnout.(1)Conduct psychological counseling to alleviate negative emotions.(2)Create a good learning environment and standardize bad behavior. The thesis takes the undergraduate students of tourism management as the research object and investigates the degree of learning burnout. On the one hand,it can open a new path for the study of domestic learning burnout, extend the scope of the research object, and enrich the research results of learning burnout..On the other hand, through the study of learning motivation, the thesis explores its impact on learning burnout, innovatively designs the measurement methods and dimensions of learning motivation and learning burnout, and further clarifies the interaction between the two, thus perfecting The theoretical system of learning burnout provides more theoretical support. It also provides a new way to solve the phenomenon of learning burnout, which basically avoids the occurrence of learning burnout through the adjustment of learning motivation.Enriching learning motivation and reducing learning burnout not only contribute to the physical and mental health of the students themselves, but also reserve more talents for the tourism industry.
