The track and field general course is one of the compulsory main courses of physical education major in physical education colleges,and it is also the main content of physical education in primary and middle schools.As a cradle for cultivating the future physical education teachers,the physical education major has many problems in the course of its track and field teaching.In 2003,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guidelines for the Teaching of Various Main Courses for Undergraduate Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities",which made a lot of aspects such as the teaching objectives,basic teaching requirements,teaching contents,evaluation contents and methods of the track and field courses.Detailed regulations.However,the track and field general course has deviated from this requirement in the actual teaching process.The teaching goal and teaching content of the college track and field general course have lagged behind the society's demand for sports talents.Therefore,it is an inevitable development trend to reform the track and field teaching of college physical education majors in line with social needs.At the beginning of the study,through the review and combing of the literature data,it was found that the current theoretical research on track and field sports in China is mainly based on the research of practical parts,and less on the deep cultural attributes of athletics,that is,excessive attention.The instrumental rationality of the track and field "winning the standard" ignores the value rationality of "cultivating people".Under the current situation of the reform of physical education curriculum,especially in the specific physical education majors of colleges and universities,it is a relatively new direction to explore the teaching reform of the track and field general course of physical education majors from the track and field value rationality.This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods to study the current situation of the teaching of track and field general course in colleges and universities of physical education in Changchun City,and strives to have a comprehensive understanding of the teaching situation of track and field general course of physical education major in colleges and universities in Changchun.This paper probes into the factors that restrict the development of the track and field general course of physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities in Changchun,and proposes practical reform ideas from the deep value of the track and field.The study believes that the track and field general course of physical education major focuses on the transfer of motor skills,neglects the students' physical education ability and the cultivation of humanistic qualities such as moral morality and will quality,which leads to the disconnection between the actual teaching effect and the training goal;the teaching content of the track and field course is partial training.Teaching,paying attention to the teaching of technical principles,paying less attention to the cultivation of teaching theories and methods and teaching abilities,as well as the content of track and field humanities education;the teaching evaluation of track and field courses tends to be a final evaluation,and less attention is paid to procedural and formative evaluation.The aspect pays more attention to the technical level,and pays less attention to the evaluation of enthusiasm,learning performance,progress,cooperation and innovation spirit,resulting in students' low interest in track and field courses;the teaching mode is unchanged,the teaching method is solidified;the overall quality of teachers is still needed.Improve;the integration of track and field value rationality and track and field general courses is not high,and the construction of cultural system lags behind.Through the discussion on the rationality of track and field value and the deviation of the track and field general course teaching of college physical education major in Changchun City in adapting to the "Guidance Outline",the reform idea of the track and field general course of physical education major in Changchun City is put forward: On the basis of the reform of physical education curriculum,we will practice modern educational concepts,adhere to the "people-oriented",continuously improve the understanding of talent cultivation,and focus on improving the quality of personnel training.Affirm the role of track and field value rationality in track and field education,actively transform the traditional teaching mode,continuously excavate the content of humanistic education in track and field from the rational level of track and field value,give full play to the advantages of modern teaching methods,and make students skilled,solid in theory and comprehensive in ability.Establish a sound evaluation system to promote teaching.
