Education is the foundation.The 21 st century is another century full of opportunities and challenges.The emergence of the knowledge economy and the transformation of economic methods have brought profound impacts on people's production,life,learning and even thinking.Among them,higher education,as the core of the era of knowledge economy,supports and leads the country's political,economic,military,ideological and cultural innovations.At the same time,the upgrading of China's industrial structure puts higher demands on the quantity and quality of high-level talents.It is necessary to deepen and develop higher education,especially graduate education,to continuously attract and train high-level talents and improve the international competitiveness of talents.The research on postgraduate education has always been highly valued by relevant institutions and personnel.In recent years,academic misconduct has occurred frequently,which also reflects the shortcomings in the system of postgraduate education and degree awarding in China.Therefore,it is imperative to guarantee the quality of postgraduate education.As a concentrated expression of the quality of postgraduate education,the quality of dissertations has always attracted the attention of degree offices and institutions of higher learning.As a key institution for postgraduate training,colleges and universities have also taken some measures to monitor and evaluate students' dissertations,find out and solve the problems in the dissertation,and further guarantee the quality of postgraduate dissertations.However,due to the large scale of graduate students,they usually use the spot check method to obtain the students' dissertations,so as to provide data for subsequent research and analysis.Therefore,the focus of this paper is on the sampling level of the dissertation,that is,how to obtain samples and the sampling method for obtaining samples.compare research.The purpose is to provide an optimal sampling design plan for college graduate training units,and obtain the data to be monitored through technical means to improve efficiency.The study found that so far,the research on sampling design is inseparable from three aspects: sample size,sampling accuracy and sampling cost.Considering the reality,that is,the actual situation of the postgraduate training units mentioned in the article,this paper mainly compares the efficiency of different sampling designs under certain conditions of cost,which is different from most of the purely only sampling design efficiency.The innovation lies in the combination of statistical knowledge and computer technology,using computer technology to simulate the actual sampling process,to obtain the data samples we need.The theory is linked to the reality and reflects the application characteristics of the discipline.Throughout the article,the article is divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical part,including the research background and significance,statistical survey theory,sampling plan design and literature review.The second part is the model part,which introduces the design efficiency of sampling design,and the efficiency comparison and specificity of different sampling design under cost constraints.The design of the sampling plan;the third part is the computer application part,showing how to use the computer technology to extract student samples.Finally,comparing computer sampling with traditional sampling techniques,it is concluded that computer sampling efficiency is higher than traditional sampling efficiency.First,in the sampling design section,we expect an optimal sampling design that can be defined to achieve the highest accuracy at a certain cost or the lowest cost at the specified accuracy.The most common situation in actual work is that the cost has been given.In this case,the accuracy of the sampling design should be as high as possible.The comparative study found that the design efficiency of stratified random sampling and cluster sampling under certain conditions is higher than that of simple random sampling.Therefore,the sampling method applied in the program design is mainly stratified random sampling and cluster sampling.Secondly,using computer technology to obtain data in the sampling plan design,compared with the traditional sampling method,computer technology can save time and energy for university graduate education units,improve management efficiency,further monitor postgraduate thesis and guarantee graduate degree thesis quality.
