Since the 21 st century,with the further development of economic globalization and educational internationalization in the world,the pluralistic characteristics of American educational field have become more and more obvious.The conflicts between the growing multicultural student groups and the teachers with single cultural structure are increasingly prominent,which leads to the low educational quality of the multicultural student groups.Under this background,the American teacher education field regards the cultivation of "Culturally responsive teachers" as the ultimate goal of the current multicultural teacher education,and various major teacher education institutions have carried out pre-service training programs for Culturally responsive teachers and achieved initial results.From the perspective of comparison,this study conducts research and analysis on the pre-service training of American culturally responsive teachers according to the research background,concept,strategy and guarantee mechanism of teacher training,and combines the experience of culturally responsive teacher training in the pre-service stage of the United States.This study Provide some favorable suggestions for the problems existing in the process of cultivating teachers in minority areas of China.And this study includes the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the problems,the core concept definitions and the related literature reviews,Furthermore,this chapter also clarifies the research significance,the goal,the content and the method.The second chapter mainly combs the historical changes of the pre-service training of American Culturally responsive teachers.This chapter focuses on the origin of the pre-service training of American Culturally responsive teachers from two aspects of theory and practice,and combs the development course of the pre-service training of American Culturally responsive teachers.The third chapter analyzes the strategy of pre-service training of American Culturally responsive teachers.It mainly includes recruiting students with multicultural background,offering multicultural courses,applying flexible and varied teaching methods,and adopting diversified teaching practice methods.The fourth chapter discusses the guarantee mechanism of pre-service training for American Culturally responsive Teachers.This paper probes into four aspects,such as teachers ' professional standards,teachers ' educational institutions,funds investment and cooperative partnership respectively.The fifth chapter studies the characteristics,predicaments and development trends of pre-service training about American culture-responsive teachers.It mainly analyses and summarizes the characteristics of pre-service training of culture-responsive teachers in the United States from four aspects: focusing on the cultivation of critical and reflective spirit,strengthening the training of clinical practice ability,and emphasizing multi-party cooperation.It also focuses on the lack of continuity in the curriculum,the weak awareness of the Culturally response of cooperative teachers,the low quality of the Culturally response of some teachers' educators,and the poor persistence of the effect of pre-service training.The lack of professional standards of Culturally responsive teachers discusses the difficulties faced by the American Culturally responsive teachers in the process of pre-service training.Finally,this study summarizes the development trend of Culturally responsive pre-service teacher training from four aspects of improving the Culturally response accomplishment of cooperative teachers and teachers ' educators,innovating cooperation mechanism,recruiting and retaining minority teachers,and strengthening the follow-up survey of Culturally responsive pre-service teachers.The sixth chapter mainly combines the experience of pre-service training about American culture-responsive teachers and the current situation of teacher training in minority areas in China,and provides feasible suggestions for the training of teachers in ethnic minority areas in China.
