School culture,especially institutional culture,is a manifestation of a school's core competitiveness because it can integrate management,technology,talent,capital and other resources to play a holistic role,and because it is a continuous education.Strength does not change with the flow of teachers and principals.This paper selects the new middle school--X Middle School as a case study.After two years of institutional culture construction,the institutional culture is recognized by the teachers.At the same time,there are still some shortcomings in the institutional culture construction of X Middle School.Based on the relevant theoretical research of school system culture,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of X system culture construction by questionnaires,summarizes the problems existing in the institutional culture construction of X Middle School,and combines interview research and observation methods.The reasons for the lack of school system culture construction are analyzed,and the countermeasures and opinions are put forward in order to promote the continuous development and improvement of the system culture construction of middle school in China.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)A questionnaire for the status of the institutional culture construction of X Middle School was designed in a targeted manner.The dimensions mainly involved four dimensions:regulatory rule dimension,organizational structure dimension,behavior mode dimension and value concept.(2)According to the data analysis of the questionnaire,the average score of the current status of the institutional culture construction of X Middle School is 4.17 points.From this point of view,the current level of institutional culture construction of X Middle School is at a good level.The four dimensions of institutional culture construction are similar to the scores of the total mean,while the behavioral dimension is obviously weak.(3)According to the data of the questionnaire,it summarizes the problems existing in the status quo of the institutional culture construction of X Middle School,mainly related to the rules and regulations "takenism",the low participation of teachers and students,the low efficiency of organizational structure,and the evaluation standard of the system.Unknown and incomplete;combined with the results of interviews,analyzed the reasons for its existence,mainly related to the lack of characteristics of institutional culture construction,planning,school attention and lack of execution,organizational structure urgently need reform and optimization,lack of dynamic management of institutional culture construction.(4)In view of the problems and causes of the institutional culture construction of X Middle School,the countermeasures are put forward in a targeted manner,mainly including:strengthening the planning and innovation of rules and regulations,maintaining and implementing the system of teachers and students,and promoting the reform and optimization of organizational structure.The introduction of the PDCA dynamic management mechanism for institutional culture construction;the construction of the guarantee mechanism for the institutional culture construction measures of X Middle School,mainly related to the role of the principals in the construction of institutional culture and the construction of the institutional culture.
