Research On The Participation Of Non-profit Organizations In Poverty Alleviation Through Education In D County Of Guangxi

In China’s anti-poverty process,non-profit organizations are an indispensable force and an effective complement to the government-led forces in poverty alleviation and development.In the process of promoting the precise poverty alleviation work,the government pays more and more attention to the positive role of non-profit organizations and gives them great encouragement and support.In the process of continuous innovation of poverty alleviation model in the public sector,the government encourages multi-social forces to participate in poverty alleviation and development,in order to remedy the deficiencies in the governance of poverty in the government or the market.This is the continuous attempt of the state to carry out poverty alleviation governance,and the inevitable choice for the Chinese government to realize the modernization of social governance and move from good governance to good governance.Encouraging non-profit organizations to participate in poverty alleviation can not simply be regarded as a governance attempt,but as a public governance action in the process of national governance.Guangxi’s poverty alleviation and development work is at the critical stage of poverty alleviation.Faced with the huge number of poor people,the arduous task of poverty alleviation,the poor conditions and the tight time for poverty alleviation,the government encourages non-profit organizations to actively work in the field of poverty alleviation through education,which is of great significance for promoting educational equality,development of educational undertakings and precise poverty alleviation in povertystricken areas.D County is a key poverty-stricken county in poverty alleviation and development in China.The supply of public services is uneven in general,especially the supply of education services.The D county government has earnestly implemented the requirements of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,listed poverty alleviation through education as an important measure,focusing on deep poverty-stricken areas and special poverty groups,and strived to form a platform for the collaborative governance of non-profit organizations to help local poverty alleviation projects.Based on the theory of government failure and poverty alleviation through education,and based on the practice of non-profit organizations participating in poverty alleviation through education in D county,this paper analyses the problems of non-profit organizations participating in poverty alleviation through education in D county,and provides suggestions for optimizing the path of non-profit organizations participating in poverty alleviation through education in D county,so as to effectively respond to citizens’ educational demands.
