Since CBA League matches, hundreds of foreign players have joined China Professional League.Among these foreign aid, there are many levels. In order to solve the unbalanced strength of CBA league, the Chinese Basketball Association has revised the system of producing foreign aid for many times.Even so,there are still no suspense matches. In order to further narrow the gap,in 2008-2009 season, the Chinese Basketball Association issued the "Asian Foreign Aid Policy",which is to add an Asian foreign aid quota to the teams that rank the lowest in each season. As China's basketball matches are becoming more and more professional, the influence of foreign aid is gradually spread throughout China.Foreign aid has also brought positive benefits to some teams, such as increasing the economic benefits of clubs, and to a certain extent, promoting the professionalization of basketball in China. However, while bringing great help to the development of League matches,it also challenges the dominant position of Chinese men's basketball team in Asia. Therefore, the study of "Asian foreign aid policy" is of great significance to the development of professional basketball in China.By using the methods of documentation, video observation, case analysis, interview, data statistics and questionnaire, this paper takes "Asian Foreign Aid Policy" as the main research object, studies and analyses the impact of "Asian Foreign Aid Policy" on CBA league tournament from multi-dimensional aspects, and draws the following conclusions: 1."Asian Foreign Aid Policy" is one of the means of checking and balancing the strength of CBA League tournament, and it is also one of the means of checking and balancing the strength of CBA League tournament. It is an important turning point in the development of professional league in our country, and it is a manifestation of the league's maturity.2.Data show that the emergence of "Asian Foreign Aid Policy" has changed the one-sided structure of the League to a certain extent, giving the weak teams the chance to enter the playoffs;but after losing the Asian foreign aid quota next season, the league ranking has fallen sharply again, which is not conducive to the formation of the team's tactical system, and has an impact on the reservetalents.3.The individual ability of foreign players is obviously higher than that of local players. They can not only score their own points, but also guide the development of domestic young players at critical time.In the daily competition and training with foreign aid in the same field,it has a positive role in promoting the improvement of local players' technical and tactical abilities and personal abilities;4.Star benefit promotes the process of professional basketball industry in China, and promotes the development of the tertiary industry such as advertising, culture and education;5.Data show that Asian foreign aid is not restricted on the field,so it occupies a large amount of time on the court, which is for training.New people are very disadvantageous. At the same time, the data of Asian foreign aid far exceed the local players in the same position, which further reduces the opportunities for local players to play.6.After having "three foreign aid",the team ranked the bottom has improved its strength, which makes the middle-ranking teams unable to enter the playoffs,so "Asian foreign aid policy" is the stumbling block for the middle-ranking teams to enter the playoffs.7.China team from Yao.The "Asian hegemony" of the times has been weakening step by step. From the previous overwhelming victory to the present reluctant victory, the rise of the West Asian countries will be a great test for the Chinese team.It can be seen that the "Wolf Raising Program" does not apply to the current Chinese basketball.
