With the continuous development of campus football,the requirements for the comprehensive ability and quality of campus football teachers are getting higher and higher.Especially college football teachers of physical education specialty shoulder the responsibility of training grass-roots football teachers and coaches.The overall level of college football teachers determines the quality of football courses.At present,there are many studies on College Physical Education Teachers in China,but there are fewer studies on the comprehensive evaluation methods of College Physical Education teachers,especially on special football teachers.In the past,most of the scholars' evaluation of ability and quality stayed on the evaluation of experts and teachers' experience,and few of them divided students' evaluation of teachers.Quantitative research on the competence and quality of college football teachers,giving operational and measurable standards,will help to improve the overall quality of college football teachers,make up for their own shortcomings,and also help to provide the basis for selecting talents for schools.This paper mainly adopts the method of documentation to select three first-level indicators: knowledge,quality and ability.Through expert investigation and logical analysis,11 secondary and 36 tertiary indicators were screened;the weight of the indicators was calculated by using mathematical statistics(AHP);the index system was verified by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation methods and process were discussed.Finally,a scientific evaluation system was established.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The index system of this evaluation system includes: the top goal is the ability and quality of football teachers majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities;the subordinates of the top goal are divided into three first-level indicators: knowledge,quality and ability;the subordinates of the first-level indicators are divided into 11 second-levelindicators;and the subordinates of the second-level indicators are divided into 36 third-level indicators.(2)Through the research,it is found that the three evaluation subjects have different judgments on the importance degree of knowledge,quality and ability of the first-level indicators.The students of football major think that the importance ability among knowledge,quality and ability is more than quality > knowledge;the football teachers think that the importance ability among knowledge,quality and ability is more than quality > knowledge;and the sports managers think that the importance ability among knowledge,quality and ability is more than quality > knowledge.It holds that the importance of knowledge,quality and ability is quality > ability > knowledge.(3)The design principles of the index system in this evaluation system include scientific principle,pertinence principle,operability principle and objectivity principle.The evaluation system also has guiding function,diagnostic function,regulation and supervision function.(4)On the basis of the determination of evaluation index,this paper constructs an evaluation model of the ability and quality of football teachers of Physical Education Specialty in Colleges and universities by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which provides a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the ability and quality of football teachers of Physical Education Specialty in Colleges and universities in the future.
