Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Campus Sports Culture In Colleges And Universities

Through sorting out and sorting out the relevant literature and their own research interests,the main content of this study is the research on sports culture in Colleges and universities.College sports culture is an important part of campus sports culture.On the study of "culture",General Secretary Xi clearly stated at the 19 th National Congress the important conclusion that "culture is the soul of a country and a nation;culture thrives and prospers,and culture strengthens and strengthens the nation".Similarly,the university culture is the soul of the survival and development of the university,while the cultural prosperity of the university is the prosperity of the university.As a sports researcher in Colleges and universities,studying the prosperity of sports culture in Colleges and universities is conducive to the development of campus culture,which is conducive to students' understanding of sports culture and promoting students' all-round development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study sports culture in Colleges and universities.The research perspective of this paper is mainly from the teachers and students' perception of the development status quo of college campus sports culture;through the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to obtain the status quo of college teachers and students' perception of the development of college sports culture,and comparative analysis of the situation,to determine whether there are corresponding problems in college sports culture.Through research and investigation,teachers' perception of college sports culture is identical with students' perception of college campus sports culture.There are also differences,even some differences.Specifically,there are sports sculptures in sports material culture,sports slogans in sports spiritual culture,propaganda and participation in sports games in sports behavior,and great differences in sports rules and regulations.In this regard,it shows that there are some problems in the development of college sports culture,which makes most students unable to effectively perceive the edification of college campus sports culture.Therefore,how to increase the influence of college sports culture,so that college sports culture can effectively act on people,is the focus of researchers.Through data search and field investigation,it is found that the development of sports culture in Tsinghua University is better;through various ways of research,it is found that teachers and students have basically the same perception of sports culture in Colleges and universities,and they all think that the construction and development of sports material culture,sports spiritual culture,sports behavior culture and system culture in Tsinghua University are better.Therefore,the development and construction of sports culture in Tsinghua University has become a case study of this study,which mainly provides countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of sports culture in Colleges and universities at this stage.In-depth study of sports culture in Tsinghua University,it is concluded that the sports culture development mode of Tsinghua University is the four-in-one operation mode of positioning,evaluation,perfection and innovation.With this development model,we can provide corresponding countermeasures for the problems of college sports culture.
