Research On Rural Mutual Support Mode In The Background Of Population Aging

In recent years,Chinese society has continuously improved and developed,the quality of people’s life has been continuously improved,and life expectancy has increased significantly.At the same time,the long-term implementation of the family planning policy and the transformation of the concept of fertility have kept the fertility rate at a low level.The superposition of many factors leads to the accelerating aging process in China.For the continuing serious population aging,the government has introduced a"delay retirement",remedial measures,such as"let go two children"but in the short term,it is not enough to prevent the trend of aging degree deepening,pension problems are imperative.The model of mutual support for the aged is based on the background of the aging population.In the hot issues of the two sessions in 2018,the first hot spot is the topic of”social security",which further clarifies the importance of the pension issue.Rural mutual at the beginning of the birth of pension in the form of"happiness"in Feixiang,as around the promotion and practice,such as Beijing huairou,"model",and other derivatives of mutual endowment patterns appear constantly.However,with the development of recent years,this model also faces many development difficulties,and many problems need to be solved urgently.Based on this kind of thinking,this paper expounds and analyzes the mutual aid pension mode from both theoretical and realistic development.On the one hand,the related research on the theory foundation and pension is defined in the concept of mutual support.On the other hand,the present situation of the old-age pension in our country is expounded from two aspects of supply and demand.In two aspects as the foundation,this paper introduces the development of rural mutual endowment patterns,in this to Hebei Feixiang mutual happiness institute as an example,the paper explains the background of the appearance and the development situation,at the same time,the paper further in recent years on the basis of happiness courtyard derived representative areas of several new mode pension.There is no denying that rural mutual support mode has the feasibility and necessity of development,whether from the operation mechanism or from satisfying the needs of the elderly in rural areas.However,this kind of pension model still has its own disadvantages,such as insufficient capital investment,lack of policies and regulations,lack of publicity and narrow pension coverage.In view of these existing difficulties,this paper also carries on the research and analysis in four aspects,and proposes the development conception and concrete proposal of the rural mutual support model.Hope through this article research,others could get a systematic analysis of the pattern of family and social cohesion,at the same time,constructive suggestions are put forward.
