In the aerobics program,students with different lower limb explosive powers will perform different sports performances for the same technical movements.The explosive power of the lower limbs is a basic component of the special strength of aerobics candidates.It is closely related to the development of skills and affects the overall performance of the student’s C group difficulty technical action.The continuous updating of aerobics technology has higher requirements for the athletes’ muscle strength.The special strength must be combined with the special technology to achieve the highest level.The aerobics candidates will practice aerobics teaching and training in the future.The practitioner must have sufficient strength and special technical level.This research uses literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.Designing and implementing plan for student’s advanced training program for lower extremity explosives by learning the advanced concept,the characteristics of aerobics special training and the basic characteristics of modern sports training.The plan aims to improve the explosive power of the lower extremity of aerobics candidates,and thus plays a role in the difficult movements of the C group,in order to provide reference for the aerobics candidate students’ lower extremity explosive training.Research indicates:1.The advanced training program includes three stages of training content.The training content,training objectives,and training load of the three stages are all upgraded from one to another according to the advanced learning concept.Stage 1 is based on the basic lower extremity explosive force;Phase 2 is based on the combination of the general lower extremity burst and the C group difficulty movement;the third stage is based on the C group difficulty movement training.2.The test indicators of the advanced training program include the basic lower extremity explosive force index standing long jump,vertical jump touch high;special lower limb explosive force test indicators: continuous 15 s flexion leg jump,continuous 15 s body jump,continuous 15 s Cossack jump;Group C Difficulty action indicators bend the body to jump legs,Kosak jump,body jump.3.Through the T test on the indexes of the experimental group before and after the experiment,it was found that there were significant differences between the indicatorsbefore and after the experiment(P<0.01),and the results of the indicators after the experiment were higher than before the experiment.It can be concluded that the advanced training program can improve the basic lower limb explosive force,the special lower limb explosive force,and the ability of students to complete the difficult movement of the C group.4.By conducting a T test on the indicators before and after the experiment,it was found that there were significant differences between the indicators before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and the results of the indicators after the experiment were higher than before the experiment.It can be concluded that the regular training program can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of the aerobics candidates in the control group,the explosive power of the lower limbs,and the ability of the students to complete the difficult movements of the group C.5.Through the T test on the indexes of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment,it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment,for the experimental group and the control group,there was significant differences between the indicators(P<0.01),and the scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group.It can be concluded that both the advanced training program and the regular training program can improve the the aerobics students’ the foundation explosive power of the lower limbs,the explosive power of the special lower limbs,and the ability to complete the difficult movements of the C group,but the improvement of the advanced training program is greater than that of the conventional training program.
