With China’s rapid economic development and continuously improve the market economic system,the industry has been fierce competition.Companies want their products to market timely and rapidly expanding market share,companies have to maintain our edge in the competition and maintain high-speed development,enterprise marketing management is increasingly important.As issues of reform and development of our higher education,service quality of MBA is paid attention to by all sectors of the community.Competition of service fields of higher education has been aroused by the opening of service market,and the key to success is the service quality,but also depends on the quality of professional managers cultivated by MBA.Ensure the quality of personnel training,MBA training units must take effective measures to strengthen the quality management,improve service quality,and provide high service.Life-cycle management marketing management as one of the important,we need to give more attention.Using life cycle theory,the paper researched the satisfaction of students on the MBA service in Suzhou Rainbow education consulting Co.LTD.Using 4C marketing theory,we researched students’ satisfaction mainly from four aspects.They are to satisfy students’ demands,to reduce students’ costs,to provide convenient for students,to strengthen the communication with students.Through interview and study to design a questionnaire,and finally we received 437 valid questionnaires,using statistical software SPSS 17.0 to analysis those valid questionnaires,it includes descriptive statistics analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and related analysis.Eventually we found that meet students’ demands have a significant influence on students’ satisfaction,and secondly strengthen the communication with also have an important influence on students’ satisfaction.The other two parts also have certain effect on students’satisfaction.According to the results of analysis,there are some reasonable suggestions for Suzhou Rainbow education consulting Co.,LTD.
