Comparative Analysis Of Spatial And Temporal Characteristics Of Defensive Techniques And Tactics Between European And Asian Football Powerful Teams

This paper takes 18 matches of the top four teams in the Asian Cup in 2015 and 19 matches of the top four teams in the European Cup in 2016 as the research objects(four matches in the European Cup 1/8 final are not analyzed),and takes seven technical and tactical indicators,namely,grabbing,stealing,heading,tackling,marking,positioning and encirclement,as the comparative indicators,using literature method.Interview,observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are used to make three-dimensional analysis of the different time and space of the competition.The conclusions are as follows:1.Among the above seven technical and tactical indicators,the top four teams in the European Cup used 4256 times,with 2748 successful times accounting for 64.6%,1572 times forming their own ball rights,accounting for 36.9%;the top four teams in the Asian Cup used5118 times,with 3235 successful times accounting for 51.2%,and 1786 times forming their own ball rights accounting for 34.9%.Asian teams adopt a very active defensive strategy in the match,so the overall use of technical and tactical indicators is more than that of European teams.However,due to the influence of personal technical and tactical literacy,Asian teams are less successful and efficient in technical and tactical indicators than European teams.2.Among the four technical indicators of stealing,breaking,heading and tackling,the top four teams in the European Cup used 3185 times,and 2134 times were successful,accounting for 67.0%,1183 times were their own right,accounting for 37.1%.The top four teams in the Asian Cup used 4954 times,2481 times were successful,accounting for 62.7%,and 1373 times were their own right,accounting for 34.7%.Because Asian teams adopt active defensive strategies,they use more technical indicators than European teams in the overall number of times,but because Asian player’s technical level is not as good as European players,the success rate and efficiency of technical indicators are less than European teams.3.Among the three tactical comparison indicators of man-marking,position selection and encirclement,the top four teams in the European Cup used 1071 times,the success rate of614 times was 57.3%,and the effective rate was 36.3%.The top four teams in the Asian Cup used 1164 times,and the success rate of 754 times was 64.8%,forming 413 times of their own ball rights.The effective rate was 35.5%.Because of the lack of individual defensive ability of Asian teams,Asian teams have increased the use of defensive tactics,not only in the overall use of tactical indicators than European teams,but also in the success rate of tactical indicators of Asian teams more than European teams,the Euro Cup top four only have three tactical data validity.The rate is slightly higher than the top four in the Asian Cup.
