As an important part of higher education in China,independent colleges undertake the mission of training high-quality skilled talents.In recent years,independent colleges in China have shown a rapid development momentum,but due to various factors,especially the low personal income level of teachers and staff in independent colleges,salary system has declined in attraction to teachers,and it is at a disadvantage in competition with other colleges and universities.In order to change this disadvantageous situation,we must deepen the reform of salary system,give full play to the important role of salary in attracting and motivating talents in independent colleges,maximize the use of limited school resources to attract talents,encourage teachers to innovate constantly,and promote the healthy and rapid development of schools.This paper takes the salary incentive theory at home and abroad as the analysis framework,and takes the salary of teachers of Gongqingcheng Independent College as an analysis case,and analyses the current salary situation and its incentive mechanism.This paper holds that there are problems in the design of salary incentive system of Gongqingcheng Independent College,which are mainly manifested in the imperfection of salary incentive system,the lack of innovation Personnel's influence is not great,salary system neglects "internal salary" management and so on.Therefore,this paper argues that in order to give full play to the incentive role of salary,the salary incentive mechanism of independent colleges should focus on meeting the individual needs of teachers,establishing and improving the salary system,improving the performance appraisal salary system,introducing broadband salary,innovating salary concept and other ways to improve the salary status of teachers in Independent Colleges and universities of Communist Youth City,improve the salary of teachers,and promote the rapid development of Independent Colleges Development.
