AIM: To explore: 1)the influence of running form, sex and speed on the energy consumption of canoeists in running;2)Combining with the heart rate of aerobic endurance training for canoeists, the range of running speed is selected according to the 60%-90% VO2 Max load intensity of canoeists, and the energy consumption characteristics of different running forms are discussed, and the suitable aerobic endurance training running conditions under the suitable heart rate are discussed.Stepping speed provides a theoretical basis for the running speed and intensity used in the training of canoeists, and it also helps the canoeists to train scientifically. Methods: 30 elite canoeists,15 male and 15 female, were recruited randomly. At the end of the preliminary screening,24 athletes were selected to take part in the test, and accepted the measurement of basic body shape indicators such as height, weight;wearing portable gas metabolism analyzer(Cortex Meta Max 3B)for indoor field running and treadmill running, respectively,to complete the running of 10 km/h-16 km/h at seven levels of speed, the field running needs music rhythm to control the running speed, and the subjects need to use music rhythm to control the running speed. To follow the rhythm of music for running, the time of each level is 6 minutes. The energy consumption is tested and recorded. After the test, the absolute oxygen uptake, absolute energy consumption, relative oxygen uptake and relative energy consumption of each speed level during the 4-5 minute speed stabilization stage are taken for statistical analysis. The energy consumption characteristics of canoeists running in different environments are discussed and studied.Result: 1.There are significant differences in energy consumption between different speeds of male canoeists in field running and treadmill running.2.There are significant differences in running energy consumption between different speeds of female canoeists in the two running forms of field running and treadmill running.3.Under the condition of field running, there is no significant difference in running energy consumption between male and female canoeists;under the condition of treadmill running, there is no significant difference in absolute energy consumption between male and female canoeists, and there is significant difference in relative energy consumption.4.There are significant differences in running energy consumption between male canoeists and female canoeists in two different running forms.Conclusion:1.Gender is not the main factor in the energy consumption of the same form of running.2.The energy consumption of male kayakers is higher than that of treadmills under the same speed level, while that of female kayakers is lower than that of treadmills under the same speed level.3.There is a positive correlation between athlete's heart rate and running speed, that is,athlete's heart rate will increase with the increase of running speed.4.Under the same running mode, speed is an important factor affecting the running energy consumption of athletes.
