This thesis adopts the methods of literature,interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.This paper analyzes and compares the application of push and kick technology in two world competitions before and after the rule change from two dimensions: the cause of push and kick and the application characteristics of push and kick technology.The subjects were the men's "push and kick" technique in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2017 World Championships in the Taekwondo quarter-finals,the one-half finals and the finals.The findings indicate that:1)In the use of the new rules,the concept of "push" is legalized and standardized,so that the penalty for catching a foul in the game is stricter,thus reducing the number of negative behaviors and suspensions caused by leaning.The continuity and appreciation of the game increase.2)because of the revision of the "push" rule,the total number of scores in the game has increased,and the use of the push technology has increased the chance of scoring,making it an effective scoring technology.The use of "push" also makes the game more diverse and varied in the use of tactics and tactics.3)the athletes have strengthened their active offensive consciousness and defensive consciousness after pushing,and their ability to predict the action after "push" has been improved,and their competitive ability has also been enhanced.Therefore,the "push + kick" technology has been used extensively in the game.4)the formation of a "push + kick" as a combination of the prototype of the technology system,can make the "push" technology around the boxing,stick,push,and subsequent attack of flexible conversion.
