As the mother of sports,gymnastics is one of the core courses of Physical Education Specialty in physical education colleges and universities.As the main way to export the strength of physical education teachers,physical education specialty is particularly important to cultivate the comprehensive ability of physical education teachers.The classroom construction of Gymnastics General Course has always been the focus of researchers in the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching organization and teaching mode.On the basis of summing up the relevant research of predecessors,taking the form of teaching organization as the breakthrough point,combining with the experience of teaching practice,this study applies the methods of documentation,case analysis,classroom observation,logical analysis,measurement and mathematical statistics to the teaching of Gymnastics Technical general course,and equally carries out 17 and 24 groups of natural classes with similar starting points for the two sports maJors.Hours and different forms of teaching organization.It is hoped that the "four in one" teaching organizational form of "seeing,thinking,practicing and helping" can be applied from the perspective of classroom space-time,so that each student can get the improvement of multiple abilities and the overall teaching effect can be improved.After one academic year's teaching practice,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the same density of gymnastics exercises,it is an effective way to improve the density of gymnastics lessons by using the four-in-one teaching organization form of "seeing,thinking,practicing and helping".(2)Two natural classes with similar physical fitness and learning attitude.Under the same teaching environment,the overall level of 24 groups of students who have been taught in the form of "four in one" teaching organization is much higher than that of 17 groups.There is no obvious difference in the "polarization" of the comprehensive ability of 24 groups of students.(3)From the perspective of time and space,the "four in one" teaching organizational form creatively guarantees the utilization rate of instruments.For students themselves,the density of exercises varies at different stages.In the "non-practice" time,individuals synchronously develop the abilities of "seeing,thinking,helping" in thinking,observation,protection and help,which improves the class density from the spatial level.Individual abilities have been diversified development,and the overall level of the class has been effectively improved.(4)The organizational form of "four in one" teaching highlights the characteristics of gymnastics technology teaching,which is operable and reproducible,and provides new ideas and reference for teaching practice of gymnastics technology general course.
