Investigation And Research Of The Professional Quality For The Coaches Of Social Football Youth Training Institutions In Beijing

In recent years,social football youth training institutions have sprung up in large numbers,and began to play an important role as a social force in our country's football youth training system.While people pay more attention to its development and operation mode,there are relatively few studies on its coaches.Coaches are the core competitiveness of social football youth training institutions.The professional quality of coaches determines the quality of youth football training.Because of the imperfect management system and the uneven professional quality of coaches in social football youth training institutions,this will become a constraint to the development of youth training institutions and the development of Chinese football youth training.Based on the theory of sports training,pedagogy and sociology,this paper studies the composition of professional quality of coaches in social football youth training institutions by means of literature survey,expert interviews and logical analysis.Taking the director and coaches of Beijing Youth Training Institutions as the object of investigation,referring to the theoretical results and expert interviews of juvenile football coaches from professional books and documents,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of professional quality of coaches in Beijing Social Football Youth Training Institutions by using questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This study can enrich the research on social football youth training institutions in China,and provide theoretical reference for the identification of social football brand youth training institutions and the quality evaluation of coaches.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The professional quality of coaches in Beijing social football youth training institutions is in good condition as a whole.Among them,the coaches rated themselves as excellent,and the director of youth training rated them as good.2.In the professional quality evaluation of coaches in Beijing social football youth training institutions,both emotional quality coaches and youth training director evaluation are excellent,knowledge quality and ability quality coaches are excellent,and knowledge quality and ability quality coaches are good.3.Coaches of social football youth training institutions in Beijing have a strong sense of career and responsibility,high-level football skills and outstanding teaching and training abilities,but lack of knowledge of pedagogical theory and sports injury,and weak ability of scientific research and innovation.
