Research On Children's Table Tennis Training Mechanism And System In Xiamen City

Xiamen is a special economic zone and a coastal city in China.It investigates the status of the development of the training of children's table tennis in Xiamen,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the development of the training of children's table tennis.It has a certain significance for the training of the reserve talents for table tennis in China.At the same time,it has a certain reference value for the development of children's table tennis training in other areas.Based on the table tennis in China,this paper analyzes the development status of Xiamen children's table tennis training from the background of national system to club system,and investigates the development status of children's table tennis training in Xiamen by means of literature,logical induction,questionnaire survey,data statistics and expert interview.The following conclusions are drawn:1.the number and distribution of the Xiamen children's table tennis training institutions are wide,but the medium and small training institutions are relatively large,and the relevant departments are not supervised enough,which leads to the improvement of the table tennis training market.2.Xiamen children's table tennis competition is numerous,the participants not only include local players,but also attract a large number of Jinmen and Taiwan contestants to participate in the competition,promoting the friendship between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits and the further development of the ping-pong training industry in Xiamen,Taiwan and Jin regions.3.Xiamen city table tennis training has no title of coaches,and coaches with training experience and team experience are older and less educated.The educational background and professional title structure of coaches in Xiamen need to be improved.4.the coaches have not formed a relatively mature training system in the course of teaching.The training structure of the medium and small training institutions is single,the initiative of the students' independent training is not high,and the general trainees' training years are short.5.although there are many children's table tennis training classes in Xiamen,the quality of excellent athletes is low,which indicates that the quality of teaching needs to be improved.6.athletes are too few in transportation.Parents are not optimistic about the way to professionalism of table tennis,ignoring the educational concept of all-round development.The research holds that the children's table tennis training industry has a natural regionaladvantage in Xiamen,but it still has great improvement space in the construction of the system and mechanism of the training institutions,the concept of marketing and the operation of the stadiums and stadiums and so on.The following suggestions are put forward according to the problems found in the research.1.training institutions should attach importance to developing effective marketing strategies to attract more trainees to participate in training.2.to strengthen the supervision of table tennis training institutions,to promote the formation of standardized children's table tennis training,to raise the corresponding requirements for large,medium and small table tennis training institutions,to formulate assessment standards,and to improve the overall level of Xiamen table tennis training.3.strengthen the training of coaches' theoretical level and teaching level,set up the learning attitude of keeping pace with the times,absorb advanced teaching theory and teaching experience,and improve their comprehensive quality.4.the coaches should make out a comprehensive and reasonable training plan,cultivate the subjective initiative of students' self-study,let the children get a greater sense of participation in the training,and provide continuous motivation for the children to continue to take part in the training of table tennis for a long time.5.grasp the advantages of Xiamen City,create excellent brand of children's table tennis tournament,strive for more sponsors to support the table tennis competition on both sides of the Straits,improve the level of competition,and lay a foundation for the training of more excellent athletes.6.,strengthen communication between coaches and parents,and establish a people-oriented and all-round development of ideas.
